This Lancome eye serum has all of the key ingredients that you would expect for this kind of product, so for the price, I have high hopes for it. I haven’t seen any difference after a couple of days, but I will update after a few weeks. It absorbs easily enough but does sting a bit and has a distinctive heavy smell.

Update: after a week of use (am and pm), this serum has really grown on me as the skin around my eyes looks very smooth. If I’m seeing visible results that quickly, I’m excited to see how it’s going to look after a few weeks. The texture and smell are still a bit off-putting to me, but I have gotten the hang of this tri-pump dispenser to only get a tiny bit, just enough to be able to mix the creams and the serum and apply all over the eye area.

I’ve used other skincare products by this brand before and was curious to try this eye cream. I am 37 years old; I do have not deep lines around my eyes but I do have some fine lines, dark circles and puffiness that bothers me tremendously (especially when viewed with vertical lighting).
The cream arrived well packaged in a separate box and had a protective plastic seal. The size of the bottle is 0.67fl oz. The shape of the bottle is unique – a button must be pressed at the top for the serum to come out via 3 openings. That is, there are 3 different serums that combine into a single one. The 3 serums are HA+ SNK-peptide, C+ niaciamide and Vitamin F. I like this bottle/packaging – but I also like to be able to see inside the bottle so that I know how much product is left and this bottle is fully opaque.
The color of the cream is white and there is a light floral fragrance. The texture is like silk. Just a tiny drop is enough to cover the eye – it blends well and absorbs immediately. The undereye looks brighter and moisturized but it doesn’t feel like you are wearing product when you touch the area (that is, there is no oily feel or residue).
I’ve only been using the product for a short period of time so I cannot speak to its long-term effectiveness however, I do notice a difference in my undereye area. I feel like the dark circles have diminished, I feel like my fine lines are barely visible when I smile – and most importantly – my eyes have started to look better with vertical lighting. I would say that I look less “tired.” I’m excited to keep using this product to further see how much my undereye area improves. While this eye cream is on the pricier side, based on what I’ve seen so far – I’d would say it’s definitely worth the money.
As a final note, this product did not give me eye stinging or irritation and worked well with my concealer.

The first thing I noticed: it instantly lightened/brightened my dark undereye circles. The second thing I noticed is the rose scent, which, excuse my personal description, reminds me of old lady products – of the bathroom after my mom uses her hairspray and lipstick.

The texture is runny. It’s not a thick cream and it’s not a gel. It’s watery, thin, and light. It absorbs into my skin immediately and doesn’t leave any residue. This is my second day using it and there’s been no irritation at all, no breakouts.

The packaging is very unique; it looks great and it’s also quite practical. The handle you press down is really easy and ergonomic. You don’t have to press straight down (or hard); it’ll follow your thumb joint movement downwards.

I tried some $40 eye masks and I have to say, this eye serum really does seem to belong in this price range. It’s very effective, has great quality ingredients, shows actual good (and even immediate) results, and comes with an ergonomic packaging dispenser.

I never believed in products specifically targeted for the eyes, but I believe in this serum. I don’t even believe in those eye masks I’d gotten. This serum is legit.

This tri-pump packaging is so innovative and cool. The eye serum contains a lot of lovely skin ingredients. The fragrance is just so heavy and floral. Luckily it seems to dissipate after wearing for awhile but I just wish it wasn’t even included. The serum itself pumps out as a white lightweight cream and then a clear formula you just kind of mix together. It soaks into the skin very quickly and doesn’t leave any greasiness behind.

This eye cream contains 3 different creams: 1. hydration (hylauronic/peptide) 2. vitamin c ester and 3. vitamin f (linoleic acid). The creams are stored in 3 separate barrels in the bottle and pumped simultaneously. Then you’re supposed to mix all three in your hand and apply. Except that I can’t get the hydration cream to come out despite the fact I have pumped the bottle about 9-10 times and wasted what felt like a sinful amount of product. I slathered on the cream on my whole face because I didn’t want to waste and my first impression is that it’s lightly hydrating and the vitamin c brightening effect was definitely there. I will continue using on my eye area and update if the third cream ever dispenses.

I have used many Lancome products over the years. I love them, appreciate the quality, and almost always get excellent results. However, they are nearly all very highly scented, and that poses a problem for me since most perfume-like scents cause me headaches.
I was so happy when I first dispensed this serum and found it has almost no scent. Then I checked the ingredients saw fragrance listed and an ingredient, and realized the thin, clear gel that was first dispensed was only one of three separate serums included in the bottle. Once the bottle is fully primed and pumping as it should, you end up with a white creamy lotion. And it’s scented. Oh well. I expected that. Know that if you first get just gel, your bottle needs a few more pumps.
Though it is scented, I am nonetheless impressed with the formula. It goes on easily and absorbs well, seeming to give me some noticeable benefits right away.
