So I was struggling with dry skin which I felt came out of nowhere. I typically have combination skin but as of late it was more on the dryer side. I started to apply this cream at night and saw a difference after about a week or so. This cream has seemed to help restore my facial skin barrier in a short period of time. If you have oily skin this is not for you. Also a little goes a long way.

  2. Elodie

Hydrate vraiment bien peu un peu trop pour les peaux normal

I absolutely love this brand and ordered the wrong one. This is the overnight cream and it’s just a bit to thick for me. If I have to wash it off my hands I don’t want it on my face.

  4. Rocky

Has sensitive skin and switched around many moisturizer and settled with this one.

It’s think but it melts on your fast once you rub it in. i like it so far. Amazing product

While it is a great idea to save a few dollars and use slightly less packaging, this cream does not have the texture of the cream it is supposed to be a refill for. It is dried out and does not spread on the skin like the original. It does come sealed in a foil top and once it is on the face, it feels fine. However, it does not seem like the same product and you do have to use about 15-20% more because you cannot actually get a thin layer and make it spread without pulling at your skin. You are not really saving on much packaging either when you see the plastic you still have to throw away or recycle. I recommend you stay with the original.

Was looking for a cheaper night cream as my go to for years (Lancôme Renergie Lift Multi-Action Night) was getting stupid expensive as time moves on. So when I when I got a sample of this from a a friend, I knew it would be the perfect replacement. Glad I switch and am saving almost 70% on nighttime moisturizer. This is worth it and so are you!

i have been looking for a moisturizer that is really good for my dry skin for quite some time now. i’m glad to say that i finally found it in this product! i’m thrilled as it is exactly what i needed! it’s so thick and creamy that if u put a stick in it it will stay in one spot without moving. it moisturizes without adding a greasy feeling. i will purchases one for momi now

This is the second Laneige Water Bank I own, and I really like this ‘intensive’ version because it is a richer cream that deeply moisturizes. The cold weather does warrant the use of a richer cream. It felt very moisturizing but doesn’t leave my skin feeling uncomfortable, heavy, or unable to breathe. If you felt this was a bit too rich for your skin I suggest getting their other version (blue hyaluronic cream moisturizer). This does have a little bit of a fragrance added, which is listed on the ingredients list. I also noticed there may be some silicones, which is not a deal breaker for me but I can always do without. Regardless, this is still a pretty good face cream overall. I don’t have the most sensitive of skins and did not experience any irritation after use.

I like that they’ve designed it to where you can purchase refill pods so there isn’t as much plastic going in to the landfills. I see that many forward thinking brands are starting to do this, which is great.

I didn’t see the ingredients list posted on this Amazon page but they have it listed on the box packaging as well as on the official page. I will leave it at the end of my review so you can refer to it prior to purchase.

I read all the reviews of this, but decided to try the thicker creme anyway. I have thin, delicate skin and it needs a lot of hydration. This works very well as a night time creme. For me it is too thick for the daytime. I use the lighter Laneige creme during the day time. It works well too. I love both these products and since I’ve been using them my skin looks great, get compliments and don’t have breakouts. However, it is thick and might work for everyone, for me it does.

  12. Nik

Thicker than you think, doesn’t work well as a daytime moisturizer for this reason. Also the scent is quite strong and unnecessary. Not unpleasant for me but others might find it so. For as thick as it is, its overall moisturizing ability isn’t as good as you’d think. Overall “not bad” product that feels overhyped.

  13. KathyS

Smooth and easy to use! My skin feels so refreshed morning and night! Love it!
