Was broken open and spilled in the box, which to me means it is not new/unsealed. The lid was half off also, which tells me that this is not an authentic product and maybe something was added to it. They could have at least slapped a piece of tape over it or finished closing the lid. I don’t know how well the shampoo works yet.I’ll try to salvage what’s left and update my review.

Very moisturizing, subtle improvement in blonde brightness. Biggest difference was increased softness and hair felt truly clean, Apparently it removes impurities. Very nice smell as well. Only downside is the consistency is very sick and it can take some effort to get a good sud but I think that’s related to its moisturizing qualities. Sometimes I don’t want to use it though because I know it’s hard to get a lather going.
