Item was not sealed. Nor was product placed in mfr packaging/box to protect from leakage and verify integrity of product when not purchased in the salon. Product leaked out or was opened prior to shipping. Photos document product not sealed & leakage/loss of product. I expected better from a high quality line. Poor QC on their part. Product only purchased online as I’m currently away from home. Also poor customer service to not have the option to receive a replacement and be able to return the damaged product.

Super Produkt für lockiges Haar! Der Duft ist zwar etwas süßlich, aber angenehm und verfliegt auch etwas nach dem Auftragen. Gibt super Halt und definiert. Nachdem die Haare getrocknet sind, muss der Cast noch aufgebrochen werden durchs Kneten der Haare.

I’m a curly hair fan, but the humidity can be a problem. Not with this product! I just wash, condition, leave this product in and air dry. When dry, I fluff it with a pick comb and YAY! Pretty, long lasting curls with no frizz.

My curls are very defined but a little crunchy the first few hours after they dry even after breaking the cast. Much better if I use a diffuser. Keeps my curls in tact for second day if I sleep with my hair on top of my head.
