I am always skeptical when making these types of purchases. This one really works. I made sure I read the entire manual so I would get it right. Definitely worth the money. I love it has a fan and safe to use. They even include the safety glasses. The window area is wide so the flash that goes off is able to do its job. This will save me a bunch of money from spending at the salon. You can adjust the energy levels if you have tougher areas. I started out at level one and it worked perfectly. I like that I can take my own time in my own home. It is large enough for comfortable use but also small enough for traveling. Very happy with my purchase.
