I’ve had this since August 2023, and couldn’t be more pleased! Everywhere I’ve used it is pretty hairless now (be very careful between your eyebrows when zapping your elevens because it WILL widen them!) and my age spots, while taking longer, have lightened up a LOT…I figure they’ll be gone by spring! For those saying “your hand covers the holes on the back, TURN IT OVER when you use it – your thumb fits neatly between the two sets! It’s not like you need to watch the count go down for it to work!
When it got this, I didn’t expect much to be honest, I thought if it even halfway worked, then I would invest in one of the fancy expensive ones. Absolutely no need to do that at all! I’m so happy with this one!
Follow the instructions and do NOT touch the glass plate to your skin (I forgot to tuck my upper lip one time when it was pretty hot and ouch!) and you should be very pleased with the results if you use it faithfully. Two thumbs up! I love this thing!

I really like the cooling effect. Compared to the Tria laser I own the cooling system is what sets it apart making it virtually pain free as opposed to the Tria laser which hurts like hell. I had to come up with technique to keep it from hurting but with this device I didn’t have to do anything. The cost is also a game changer. I paid hundreds for the Tria laser and overall I feel ripped off now wish I had this option when I bought the Tria laser because I definitely would have not bought the Tria Iwould have returned it and bought this one. Hands down this hair removal device is all around the better choice by far and I am completely satisfied and I do recommend it over the Tria laser.

I’m absolutely loving this product! I’ve used several others in the past and had to return them because they were so painful to use, but this one has ZERO PAIN associated with using it, and I’ve tried it on several sensitive places! It’s easy to hold, comes with great instructions and feels comfortable during use. The glasses are a bit funny, but they do the job (protect your eyes from the laster), so I don’t mind wearing the ones provided. I love that it doesn’t burn my skin, like some of the others do. The packaging was very nice and I like to keep mine in the box so it stays safe and organized. I can’t say enough great things about this laser hair removal system and I’d definitely recommend it to others. I suppose my only concern is what to do when/if the countdown on the screen gets to zero. But I have a feeling it will be a long way down the road, so I’ll research it at a later date.

Works great and easy although my facial hair is blond and peachy it was annoying to me. As I’ve gotten older I had a few hairs under my chin that I’d pluck.
So I decided to try one and I’m pleased.
Now I just need to take the time to do spots on my legs. Hahahaha

highly recommended! I love it so much! I’ve been following the instructions and have been using it regularly for almost a month, but I’ve seen the huge difference. It is very simple to use and is often used after a bath. I have noticed that my hair is growing slowly, and can’t see the black pores. It’s easy to hold and doesn’t hurt me, which I really like it! Also, it doesn’t cause skin irritation like I thought, no pain on my legs and arms, but I still apply body lotion after use, to give my skin more protection. My skin feels so smooth and soft now!Also it come with a sunglasses to protect my eyes. Good value for money product, I will recommend it to my friends and everyone!
