LeMieux products have never let me down. I know the ingredients are all very high quality, and their products perform! The retinol serum was delivered on June 13, 2017 I didn’t start using the product until the first week of July because I hadn’t finished with my current retinol serum. When I did start using it, the pump stopped working after a week or so. Now since it’s been over a month, I cannot return the serum. I’ve never had a problem with the pump on this serum and it usually lasts for me for 6 weeks. Now, I’m out $95 because I have no way to contact the seller. Bummer…
