I’ve been using this shampoo for over a year and still love the smell and how it makes my hair feel! The only flaw is the bottle and cap design is awful. I’ve seen that the company is aware and says they’re working on improving it but I feel like it’s overdue. Its not enough to make me change products but I’ve decided I’m just going to start squeezing it into better bottles so I don’t fracture my hands every time I squeeze the bottle.

It arrived in an envelope, which smelled lovely by the way, but was all slimy from the product seeping from the bottle. I had high hopes for the product.
