I’ve recently started using this product, and I can already see the positive changes in my skin.
I was never the person to practice skin care routine, but in the last few years I’ve started.
I notice by using this product it really does lighten my dark spot from scaring and acne , and brighten my appearance overall. I have no sensitivity to the product. It’s light, not sticky and apply nicely on the skin.
I’ve been using it nightly for 2 weeks, and can’t wait to see how it improves my skin overtime. Highly recommend

I just ordered what is probably my 5th bottle of this, so I guess you’d say I like it. It’s not an instant miracle, but nothing really is. What creates good skin is a consistent routine over time. I always apply this glycolic acid at night and each bottle lasts about 10 months. In the morning I use the L’Oreal’s hyaluronic acid and I love that one too. In addition, I’ll mention that I just bought the 3% retinol for the first time, but I haven’t used it enough to have any opinion on it yet. I have a prescription for Retin A but I’ve always had trouble with how dry and flaky it makes my skin so we’ll see how the L’Oreal Retinol serum works.
Back to the glycolic acid. I put a LOT of things on my face (especially in the a.m.) and take very good care of my skin, so admittedly it’s hard to separate out what each item does. However, after washing my face with Cetaphil, I apply the hyaluronic acid, then I use an oil, then an Olay face cream I really like. Over the years I think I’ve tried everything out there including some very expensive high end creams and oils, but I eventually found my favorites in the Olay, L’Oreal and Neutrogena lines. If you find the right formulation for your particular skin, I’ve learned you absolutely do not have to pay the ridiculously high department store brand prices.
I always wash my skin at night no matter what, then apply the glycolic acid and then an Olay Retinol night cream. Perhaps I’m lucky, perhaps it’s good genes, perhaps it’s because I’ve never been one to spend time tanning in the sun, but at 74 I don’t have wrinkles and my skin is moist and young looking. I think that’s because I have always taken such good care of my skin my entire life. No one believes my age, and I think good skin has something to do with that. Another positive is that I’ve never smoked (killer of women’s skin and a wrinkle-maker) and I don’t take in a lot of alcohol. I’ve seen that those two things do make a huge difference, so my advice to young women is to pay attention. I know an awful lot of women my age whose skin looks terrible, sallow, wrinkled and just plain old. You can avoid that fate with proper care.

I like L’Oreal products and thought I would give it a try based on the reviews. I have been using this face serum for one month now and I actually notice a reduction in the lines around my eyes. My smile lines 🙂 Smiling even more now. Good product at a good price. I’ve used high end expensive products and this one seems to work just the same.

I have hyper-sensitive skin. (Thus) unsurprisingly I am a stickler for ingredient listings on product labels. There are a jillion serums out there — they are now just ubiquitous. Almost all have too many ingredients and not enough of the “game-changing” ingredient. I found after much research that this L’oreal Glycolic Acid-based serum might well offer up a long-in-the-waiting opportunity to use a serious serum. And – in fact it has come through for me in spades. It does not irritate my skin and it did not irritate even at the outset (read: I did not have to “build up” a tolerance. Because I am hyper-sensitive, though – I use it only every other night and after it has been on I give my skin about 5-10 minutes to fully sit/absorb and then follow up with my usual moisturizer. Please know that some slight tingling and a wee feeling of warmth on the skin will probably occur while/just after application. It is not an uncomfortable sensation. This is totally expected and normal. I only apply it at night before bed. L’oreal: please don’t change a thing about this Glycolic Acid serum – as I am living proof that even the most sensitive-skinned human being can use this with no worries about adverse reactions. For my skin – that is not just a minor miracle – it’s a major miracle! Thanks L’oreal. And thanks Amazon! You are both greatly appreciated!

I haven’t seen any significant results YET.
However, I’ve been using prescription retinol from my doctor for a few years, so I’m NOT using this every night for obvious reasons!
I alternate each night, during the week. Plus, I add 3 separate eye serums/creams every night FIRST. Waiting 10 minutes in between everything I put on my face- easily well over an hour when all is said and done. Time suck for sure, but essential.
So after 40 minutes I either apply my Rx or this serum…wait10-20minutes. Follow with several drops of pure Rosehip Seed Oil (Amazon too- it’s wonderful and works well in all departments; skin, hair, nails,etc…)
Finally, at the end , I end my skincare regimen with my favorite noncomedogenic moisturizer because THIS product as well as my Rx product does really dry the heck out of your skin! Each morning, I add another moisturizer with 30 (or above) spf and go… I don’t wash with anything until later on, usually at the end of the day- double wash w exfoliation each night and repeat.
Friday night once I ve thoroughly washed everything away- I allow my unprotected skin to “breathe.” I don’t go outside unless my skin is fully protected with Eucerin Sensitive Mineral Face zinc oxide tinted sunscreen 35 OR Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Moisturizer sunscreen SPF 30 (NEVER LEAVE MY HOME WITHOUT SUNSCREEN- makes my ppl insane, but, after spending my 20’s in a tanning bed on the daily and the sun damage that’s forced me to never get out of debt having to pay $40/week for a year to remove 90% of the horrible damage; I personally cannot ever go through that again. During weekends- as soon as I am done outdoors- I wipe it off completely with facial wet cleansing cloths- and just allow my skin to chill and “breathe.”
Having explained (TMI PROBABLY) that, I’m never going to stop using this product unless my dermatologist recommends otherwise…

Mi piel es muy sensible así que me costaba crear una buena rutina de skincare, pero vi hace tiempo que una dermatóloga lo recomendaba y aconsejaba usarlo gradualmente para la piel sensible así de decidí probarlo y la verdad en una semana ya había visto y sentido muchísima mejoría en la textura de mi cara porque tengo tendencia a generar muchos filamentos sebáceos. Después de usarlo por dos meses + retinol (yo uso el mismo de la marca) + una crema adecuada para mi tipo de piel y mucho protector solar, ya sólo tenía unas cuantas cicatrices que el retinol estaba atacando.
Así que yo en lo personal lo recomiendo ampliamente, pero recomendaría más ir con un dermatólogo para crear una buena rutina de cuidado de la piel.

I loved this serum. It is more dense so it’s easier to apply without it running through your fingers. Also, you can feel the skin more soft in the next day but is still gentle to the skin. I loved it, highly recommended!
