My photo is day-3 hair at 1 am after dancing up a mega sweat for four hours. Not kidding.
My hair is extremely sensitive to humidity. I have spent hundreds, if not into the thousands, on anti-frizz products for 30+ years. And this IS the holy grail product for me. On normal days, I use about a nickel to maybe a quarter size after some leave-in conditioner. On dance nights I use 5-6X that amount. Yup, I pile it on. And though it’s a bit crunchy at first, it literally softens as I sweat, yet keeps definition the whole time. Tomorrow I will pat on some leave-in conditioner, concentrating more on the ends, and it will be fully soft and defined again.
The trick with this product (for my difficult hair) is not being afraid to use more on days when there will be intense humidity, activity, or both. It does NOT damage my hair at all. Feels amazing. It really is the anti-gel, gel.
Final note; I am 53 and color a lot of grays monthly. Curly hair going gray (at least, mine) is way more difficult than when my curls still had pigment. The grays are tougher, more wiry, and the slightest moisture sets off crazy frizz in seconds. This gel is THE only product that has worked for my aging, graying, color-dyed curly hair.

I’ve been using the LUS shampoo and conditioner for awhile without a big visible improvement. But I continue with it because it’s Canadian, paraben & sulphate free.
But this deep conditioning treatment changed my hair in just one application. It was silky soft for days. Absolutely LOVE it!!

I use this along with some other LUS products, but with this gel, I do not have to dry my hair at all as long as I use enough product, I can let it dry naturally and my waves & curls are super soft and once it is fully dry, I just flip my head over and fluff my fingers through my hair and it looks awesome

I was skeptical this would do much for my hair but I use the LUS shampoo and conditioner and love them so gave it a try. So glad I did, this conditioner is absolutely amazing!! I was hopeful as my hair has felt dry and tangles really easily, but if anything my hair felt even more straw-like after using this. I’m really bummed since I love the scent of the LUS line but so far this especially wasn’t a win.
