I ordered 2 of these masks. One is arrived with leaking inside the liquid and the other is not arrived here yet( probably missing somewhere. I can’t track them for Long time)
when you ship these, Don’t ship it by plastic bag. Please ship by the small box. So they won’t leak or damaged these packages. It would be more safe.
This product is all great. I have super dry skin so I always used to use the pink package sheet ( moisture one ) when I lived in Japan. And I really love all your products.
Now I live in a tiny small islands on Pacific Ocean (us territory) and missing Japanese products . Thank you not to give up delivering me your products.

Unlike other bulk mask brands, these sheet masks feel good to the touch (not too rough) and are actually fully sodden with serums/etc. Most other brands I’ve tried were super dry and scratchy.
I do NOT like the shape of the mask, amd the eye and mouth area are not that good. It’s a bit too small IMO, even for a Japanese face mask brand.
Decently moisturizing, but I wouldn’t recommend using it alone as I don’t think it’s potent enough.
I love that it has no alcohol or artificial fragrances, as that’s what I’ve been searching for.
I HAVE notices an increase in breakouts since I first used this about a week ago, but that may not be fully related. I’ll keep using this box and see if the issue persist.
