I was quite surprised to see the brilliant blue color of this serum – never seen anything like it before. Don’t worry – it doesn’t turn your skin blue at all. I’m a bit picky about smells, and this medium weight serum does have a smell. It’s not a particularly pleasant smell, but it’s not strong and it goes away very quickly after application. If you’re like me, just don’t inhale through your nose until you’re done. Hoping for some good long-term effects, but until then my skin does feel smooth and somewhat more hydrated after using this product.

I love when a product says it has Copper Peptides and actually does and the ingredient is closer to the top which means that’s what there is the most of. Copper Peptides is one of the few ingredients that can actually repair damaged skin.
I think if you look up Copper Peptides, Niacinamide and Ceramide and its benefits in skin care, it will give you a good idea if this product would be right for you. Copper Peptide is an expensive ingredient in any product there are also other great ingredients for hydrating and plumping the skin to help minimize wrinkles. The combination of Copper Peptide and other quality ingredients accounts for the higher price for this serum. I have attached a photo of the ingredients.
The serum itself goes on smoothly it is blue from the copper peptides however it doesn’t stain your skin. You only need a very small amount and it doesn’t have much of a scent. It does have a little bit of a sticky feel while it’s drying. It’s good to let it absorb before you put moisturizer on.
This is a product ideally to use twice a day morning and night along with a moisturizer after which will give you better results. If this product is right for you, you should see some results within 2 to 3 weeks of continual use -which is well within the return window of 30 days.
This is a product I would purchase in the future.

I’ve tried a lot of different serums in this one impresses me.
PROS: made in the usa. I put the ingredients in a skincare analyzer and there are some really solid ingredients in here. Pretty much no smell. The blue color suggests that the copper peptides are real. Sealed in a dropper bottle. Made in the usa. Comes in a colored bottle to protect the active ingredients.
CONS: Doesn’t list the percentages of the active ingredients, so do you really know what you’re paying for? No expiration date. Pricey.
Only time will tell whether this improves my skin, but it absorbs quickly and is hydrating.

I’ve used a couple of other serums with copper peptides and this one has the most blue color I’ve seen so far. The serum is basically navy and you can see the blue tint on your face before rubbing it in. That totally unscientifically makes me believe this one is potent in the best way. The ingredients look good and you get a lot of bang for your buck with all the different peptides it contains. It has all the anti-aging goodies you would want in one serum. Also, it doesn’t have any synthetic fragrance which I always appreciate. So far, I’m liking how my skin is looking while using it. You can use it morning and night, but I use it at night only because of the slight blue cast. It says to use a whole dropperful, but you don’t need that much and also, at $55 at the time of this review, it’s too pricey to squander. But in my opinion, a little goes a long way.

My wife says: This MAELOVE Peptide Squad Collagen Renewal Serum, Anti-Aging Serum for Face with Copper Peptides, Argireline, and Matrixyl 3000, Hydrating Peptide Serum for Wrinkles, Fine Lines, and Skin Elasticity is a vibrantly dark blue, thicker serum, which is a little alarming the first time you see it. The blue fades quickly into the skin and doesn’t stain, and does seem indicative of copper peptides in the formulation. It spreads and absorbs well, leaving skin soft, plump, and elastic, without any residue or tackiness. I’m not sure it is fixing wrinkles and lines but it does feel nice to use and skin is soothed and hydrated. Made in the USA.
Just a Consumer –
I’ve been using this Renewal Serum for the past two weeks, and I’m really happy with the results. I noticed it has a lot of ingredients listed on the box, like copper tripeptide-1 and acetyl hexapeptide-8, which are known for their anti-aging benefits.
The serum itself is a blue color, which I’ve never tried before in a serum. It has a lightweight texture and doesn’t smell like typical cosmetics; instead, it has a subtle food-like scent. I use it every morning and night after cleansing, and I can definitely feel it working for me. My skin feels more elastic and looks brighter overall.
The only downside is that the packaging is pretty plain, but the product itself has been great!

I try and review a ton of higher end skin care stuff here on Amazon and have for a number of years now. This is my first go with Maelove and it won’t be my last. Serums are the foundation of any good skin care treatment. I use them between toner and moisturizer and a good one makes a real difference. This is a good one. It is loaded with collagen building ingredients (hence the Collagen Squad title) that are proven to help restore your skin. This stuff has an odd blue hue that I actually love. It is rather dense for a serum but it absorbs easily and leaves your skin ready for moisturizer. I really love it. It is made here in the US and has no noticeable added scent. It should be okay for most skin types, even those that are sensitive. It isn’t the cheapest serum you will find, but it highly effective and worth the price. Recommend.
