My mom has found topical magnesium application to be very helpful with her pain management, especially when applied at night, so I was happy to try this “Magnesium Body Lotion [Natural & Vegan] – Topical Magnesium Cream Lotion Support for Sleep, Bone, Heart & Muscle Health – Unscented – Made in UK & Safe for Kids” along with her.
I would say initial impression is a little bit of a surprise at how small the jar is, for some reason the photos made me think it would be larger, but the price also makes me think it should be a bit bigger!
Apart from that, the actual product is very nice, there is no strong fragrance, it claims all natural ingredients, which I have no way of confirming, but neither my mom or I had any skin irritation or reaction from the cream.
If not for the price, this product would get 5 stars from both my mom and I.

The last time it is so watered down it drips all over my clothes and the floor.

I use this everynight before bed and managed to avoid cramps in my legs during pregnancy. Also the smell is just divine.

I wasn’t sure this would work, given that magnesium chloride was so far down the list of ingredients. I have found that when I over indulge in chocolate, I experience severe, painful leg muscle cramps (from induced magnesium deficiency). Movement is almost impossible. As oral magnesium in high enough doses to reverse this would cause diarrhea, I now opt for topical applications. Applied extra layers over the cramped areas then the entire legs and arms and I was finally cramp and pain free and able to sleep. The one thing that I appreciate with this product is that it’s not granular like plain magnesium oil and keeps the skin soft and supple, rather than puckered with the plain oil. However, I would like the formula slightly thicker.

The cream is stored in a good quality, solid jar. The packaging is pretty cool and also includes a sheet with simple directions for application. The product is unscented as advertised and feels good going on the skin.
I consistently have soreness in one of my shoulders and on the top of my feet. I apply this in the evening before bed and it has helped to ease the pain tremendously. I’ve used a magnesium spray before which is also quite effective, but I much prefer this cream format. Recommended.

i am subscribed to this cream because I find it wonderful for my skin. The texture is neither thick or thin, and since it absorbs quickly there is no struggle with it. I see firmness in my arms; it takes away also every itch which then disappears quickly. I love also that the cream is shipped in a glass container therefore environmentally correct too! I had a similar cream which was also good but this one wins just for the fact that it is in a glass container. Please don’t change neither the formula of the cream nor the container. We must try to keep this world forward and plastic can drown us: better now than never.

I used this cream on my feet to help me sleep. Taking a magnesium supplement didn’t work for me.
With this product I slept all night and woke feeling great. I am almost 80 and my sleep is usually interrupted at night and then I can’t sleep for several hours, and then crash just before dawn.
The past several nights, it’s been deep continual sleep. Than you so much!!!
