Bristol’s are a bit tough but it’s so relaxing! I just can’t use it on sensitive skin like my stomach area. I just stick to my arms and legs.

The MainBasics Dry Brushing Body Brush is a pretty standard product. The natural bristles are fine for exfoliating, and the massage nodes are a nice touch for a gentle massage. It helps with circulation and dry skin, but I didn’t notice any dramatic improvements in cellulite or lymphatic drainage. Overall, it’s a functional product, but nothing particularly outstanding compared to other similar brushes.

Since the brush is specifically made for dry brushing and exfoliating, the bristles are very rough and course. I would not recommend this product for someone who has sensitive or thin skin. I primarily use it for lymphatic drainage before taking a shower (best to use before showering since it also removes dead skin cells). For best results, I start at my feet and brush upwards using light, circular, pressure. Then using the same motions I start at my hands and move up towards my armpits. And then circular motions on my stomach. Only takes about 5 minutes. I’ve noticed that my skins feels smoother and softer. This brush is a new staple to my self-care routine!

It best for skin health as well as for blood circulation, hepls to remove fatigue, increases blood flow and remove dead cells. Best to use before shower. But dissapionted with packaging because I was expecting a product box to keep it after use but anyways, it’s the best product guys.

Works great, my skin is so much softer after showering. I just dry brush my body and then shower as normal. Wish it had a better handle so it was easier to hold on to while using. Would buy again.
