I tried a new hairstylist and she would not put a color treatment on my hair from the water well damage. She had me use this shampoo for a month. The shampoo is fine, but I’ve noticed whenever I use the conditioner on my ends, they look like they’re wet/greasy the next day! I know it’s definitely the conditioner because one day I tried only using their shampoo, but then a different conditioner, and my ends looked normal the next day. So disappointed I spent so much money on these bottles only to experience this. I’ve tried just sucking up and attempting to use up the conditioner, but the way it makes my hair look is so embarrassing, I think I’m going to just throw the whole conditioner bottle in the trash today.

I love this product and it does wonders for my hair, For that I give it a 5! I bought these large bottles and was highly disappointed when I opened the bag. The pump wasn’t secured to the bottle all the way and product was all over inside the bag and bottles. For the amount spent on these, a little extra care in packaging isn’t much to ask for. I had no issues when I bought these in a smaller size and might go back to doing so. No point in buying this if 1/4th of my product is going to be lost during delivery for that I give it a 1!

Great stuff!! It works. I’ve had well water hair for 3 years, and after 2 washes my hair looks and feels so much better!
The shampoo lid was lose and had a little leak and a few dents but probably the post office.
