Die Produkte von Maria Nila sind ausgesprochen gut und sehr ergiebig.
Leider kam meine letzte Lieferung defekt an.
Die 3 Produkte waren ungeschützt in einem großen Umschlag. Dieser war an einer Seite eingedrückt.
Die Shampoo-Verriegelung öffnete sich durch den Druck. 1/3 des Shampoo lief aus.
Die Farb-Maske ist am Verschluss verriegelt. Jedoch trat an den Schweißnähten etwas von dem Produkt aus.
Die normale Haar-Maske blieb unbeschädigt.

Bei Amazon fand ich lediglich Abhilfe mit einer Rücksendung/Ersatzlieferung, die für mich nicht in Frage kam.
Ich möchte jedoch Amazon auf eine mangelhafte Verpackung und einen zukünftigen möglichen Lieferschaden derartiger Produkte hinweisen und bitte um entsprechende Abhilfe und Maßnahmen.

Ich habe blonde, dicke Haare, die zu Kräuselung und ungebändigter Struktur neigen, dadurch schnell splissen.
Mit diesem Shampoo+Conditioner bin ich bisher am zufriedensten. Er riecht sehr angenehm frisch, aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Die Haare fühlen sich sehr geschmeidig an und sind durch die Haarwäsche nicht so stark beansprucht. Nach 2-3 Tagen sehen sie dann sehr glatt, ordentlich und schön aus. Allerdings entfaltet das Shampoo+ Conditioner erst nach 3-4 Wochen seine volle Wirkung, es sind also ein paar Waschgänge nötig, bis man einen Unterschied merkt.

Früher hätte ich nicht gedacht, dass Shampoo so viel Unterschied macht.
Dieses Shampoo wurde mir von meinem Friseur empfohlen. Aber im Salon ist das Shampoo sehr teuer.
In der heutigen Zeit möchte jeder gerne sparen und da lohnt sich das vergleichen. Ich bestelle das Shampoo immer bei Amazon wenn der Preis passt oder eine Zeit lang auch im Sparabo.
Es überzeugt durch den Duft, den Effekt beim aufschäumen und die Wirkung.

I have fine blonde colored hair, but it isn’t dry or damaged. I wanted to try something different for fun, so
at the recommendation of my hair stylist, I purchased this Maria Nila line of shampoo, conditioner and masque. Surprisingly, the longer I used it, instead of healthier, my hair became dry with a texture like cotton. I’ve never experienced this with any other hair product I’ve used. Needless to say I returned it.

nonostante tutto li spunto solo ogni 6 mesi e max di qualche cm: ovviamente non esiste un prodotto miracoloso se non un bel taglio di 15 /20 cm.Tuttavia questo balsamo, una volta usato e dopo l asciugatura e’ l’ unico balsamo che permette ai miei capelli,un po’ rovinati nelle punte, di non dover usare la piastra, i miei capelli non hanno l’ effetto elettrostatico che invece hanno con l’ uso di altri conditioners, anche di marche d’ alta gamma, e i capelli rimangono morbidi fino al lavaggio successivo! Superapprovato! Lo ricomprero’!
