It’s not free of certain chemicals that may cause hair loss or ultimately damage. It does help repair curl patterns. Smells really nice. However, the conditioner and curl treatments a part of this line are completely worthless buy sauave instead of their conditioner, it will work better and save you $20 bucks.

I love the co-wash. I have permed hair and work to keep the curls as long as I can. The product states to use the shampoo once a week and the cowash on the other days. I find with the cowash I don’t even need to follow with conditioner, it has a nice light feel.

The smell isn’t the best but this stuff is amazing for my hair. Cleans well enough I can use 2-3 times between shampoos and keeps my curls and color in great shape. Wish I found this years ago.
