The bottle is not very flexibly so it’s super hard to squeeze out, but the product is very effective. Mild scent.

I tried joining the No-Poo movement years ago, and after a year of rinsing and waiting, (and putting my greasy hair in braids and ponytails) I finally accepted defeat- my hair is simply to fine and my scalp too oily for it to work for me. My sister who was studying cosmetology at the time told me her instructor taught most people over-shampoo, but you can never over-condition, so on a whim I tried using just conditioner in my hair- and miracle of miracles, the conditioner carried away all the oils, leaving my hair soft, but full of moisture!
Fast forward about five years, and and one baby who drinks my bath water later, and I found myself wanting to find a cleaner, more natural conditioner or other No Poo option- but everything I found was $16+, and I can’t swing that. After giving up the search as hopeless, I stumbled on this product, and it has been fantastic! I still try to wait till baby has left the bath before using it, but don’t feel nearly so stressed if she does have a swallow or two. It is a couple dollars cheaper than my previous conditioner, smells light and clean, and still leaves my hair silky while rinsing away excess oils. I tried two of the formulas- this Bamboo fibers is technically a bit too rich for my ultra fine hair, but hasn’t caused any problems, and if I have to use a scented product, it’s clean bright scent is my favourite. I also got the white bottle, (Apuati or something?) which is a lighter weight, and ideal for my hair type, and I like it, but in the end I prefer the bamboo scent.
Regarding complaints about it being too thick, I find that it IS difficult to get out- so I hold the bottle by the bottom, and swing it down a couple times, using centrifugal force to move the cream to the mouth of the bottle, and then it is easy-peasy to dispense just the right amount with a light squease. Alternatively, one could perhaps add a small amount of water, but then you are messing with the balance of preservatives, and could encourage bacterial growth, so swinging seems the safer choice to me- although at the end of a bottle I do add water, just to get the last two or three servings out.
All told, I am really enjoying this product, and will definitely continue
to subscribe & save.

My hair was very weak, dry and falling out and I needed something to help restore it quickly. I refuse to pay salon prices for hair product anymore and tried this. It really is deeply moisturizing, foams up thickly, and left my hair shinier, soofter and even a bit thicker looking after just a couple uses.
I had read several reviews and while I agree it works well, I’m not crazy about the smell.
AT ALL. A lot of people said they loved it and it smells great and fresh. Maybe I haven’t smelled as much bamboo as they have, but I found the smell to be very sour and odd. More like dirty, murky bamboo water.
I tolerate the smell because it works so well and maybe I’ve become more used to it. I don’t smell it once my hair is dried, but it sure took me back when I first smelled it and smells nothing like other products, that’s for sure!
Still worth it, which is saying a lot since I am sensitive to certain smells. Would recommend!.

I’ve used several of the Maui Moisture products and none of them has disappointed. This one though, is my absolute favorite. It smells amazing, if you like other bamboo fragrance products you’ll love this conditioner…it smells clean. The scent lasts for 3 days at least, which I like because I don’t wash my hair every day. I’ll find myself smelling my hair throughout the day because it’s so lovely.
It’s very moisturizing and leaves my hair feeling silky and smooth afterwards. I also think my hair is starting to grow again since I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner consistently for a couple months now, so that was a nice bonus.
I will say this is the only conditioner from them that has been a little hard to squeeze out of the bottle because the plastic isn’t very pliable. But, that’s not a dealbreaker, and it’s never been an issue with the other conditioners from Maui Mosture, so maybe it’s just because the bamboo conditioner is thicker.
I will definitely be buying this again, I just set up the subscribe and save so they’ll deliver it every 4 months automatically. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

This is my favorite spray for my hair different products make my hair either really greasy or really dry. This one is absolutely perfect. It’s light where it smells really good. I also buy the shampoo and conditioner to use all together cause I don’t like mixing products however, my bottle did come broken. There was a small dent in it. It was a little crushed and the spray doesn’t work so I have to dump it into my hand and swish it in my hair, or I could put it in an empty spray bottle for use but it is a great spray. Definitely keeps my hair looking refreshed doesn’t look dry I really love the spray.

Conditioner is very good👍😊 n smell good but i can’t squeeze easily. It’s take time n get more to use. And this is waste of expensive product. Please take care of this problem.

So far…I really like this product. I’m old. My hair has changed. Due to health issues and medications, I think,…mixed with stress…during my 76 yrs of living.
I find that this product has helped my hair to be less dry..and it feels a bit more dense, to me. This moisturizer has a very nice light fragrance and doesn’t affect my allergies either, so that’s a plus for me.
Would definitely recommend others to try this product, if they are suffering from any hair dryness and/or other issues.
