For me, the masks were a little difficult the first two times I use them. I can say that they left my skin like glass absolutely beautiful. I am the happiest with my skin that I’ve been in in a long time. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve tried a few collagen jelly masks and prefer them to sheet masks for the most part, but this one wasn’t my favorite. It was particularly thin and delicate, and tore in two places as I was removing it from the package. It still fit over my face, but kept sliding off because of one of the tears. The instructions recommended leaving it on for 2-3 hours, so it’s probably best to use it as you go to bed, if you sleep on your back. It took about 2 hours for it to start drying out and changing colors. My face looked more hydrated and felt less dry, but I did get some small breakouts the morning after using it. I would probably not use this one again.

I recently tried the Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Gel Mask, and it’s quickly become a favorite in my skincare routine. This mask takes about 1.5 hours, which might seem like a long time, but the results make it absolutely worth it.
The mask is infused with PDRN and collagen, both known for their skin-rejuvenating and hydrating properties. This mask worked just fine for me. It stayed in place well shortly after I placed it on my face. It was easy to apply. It felt soothing, cooling, and relaxing.
I’m a bit unconvinced about jelly masks in general though. The instructions recommend leaving it on for around an hour, which is kind of a long time in my opinion, and I am not sure it I see the added benefit of leaving it on so long until it becomes somewhat transparent. I am not sure if the jelly masks that become transparent in general are sort of a social media gimmick. I mean they work fine, but I find they don’t do much different from the non-jelly masks that come soaked in serum in a packet.
I also use face masks frequently, so I prefer to get several in a pack, where this product is just a single mask.

I’ve never used a mask that’s intended to be left on for 1-3 hours, so I was excited to try this out.
I popped this Medicube mask on during a meeting-free day of WFH. The mask itself was pretty comfortable, though I did find it challenging to keep this off of my mouth – it really wanted to cover my top lip. I managed to keep adjusting the mask without tearing it (win.) Once I finally got it into place (after about 20 minutes of on-and-off adjusting) I wore this for about 2 hours.
Upon removal, my skin was glowing! My husband even commented how good my skin looked. I really liked the effect and appreciate that it didn’t break me out!
This is a fun spa-day type of item to use. I would use this mask again for special occasions.
