I gave it a lot of tries but it’s really not nice for the skin. Leaves small cuts in the skin, highly irritating and not suitable for any face or nose hair. The only thing it’s safe for is trimming , like eye brows. Don’t recommend

I got one of these at my local pharmacy about 5 years ago and what I really appreciated about it was the control I had in trimming various types of body hair. But that one broke when I dropped it. My pharmacy no longer carries this brand and, in a hurry, I had buy a trimmer with a shorter head and plastic safety blades. Yuck. Now, it was much more difficult and time consuming to do a facial hair trim.
After three months, I couldn’t stand it anymore, got online and repurchased this Micro Max trimmer. I couldn’t be happier. It’s easier to use, it actually cuts hair and it cleans up in a flash. And there’s a light! You shouldn’t have to pay more for a poorly designed drug store hair trimmer. Recommended.

This is the first nose hair trimmer that actually functions. All my prior nose hair trimmers were the type with the rotating head or little scissors. They all failed and pulled the hair. You could hear me scream from the bathroom in front of the mirror. Much of my whole male life has been bothered by nose and ear hair. This model was a real surprise. I could of used this years ago. I had no expectation that this flat blade would successfully function. I was flabbergasted of the success. Long nose and ear hair screams “Old man”. I have this problem since Nixon was president. Maybe I will get to the prom now.

This Razor is great for men & women! Forget waxing your face – this is much cheaper & pain free with no redness! Of the different brands this is best because of the light. Easy to change batteries & easy to clean. Light weight & so easy to use! Husband used it for ears, nose & eye brows… Highly recommend!!

Bought mine almost four years ago now. No issues. Haven’t needed to replace the battery yet.
Old (65YO) dude here. Use it mostly to tame my Brezhnev eyebrows. And the volunteer hairs that are now growing from my ears.
Recently had Mohs surgery on my face and, per doctor’s orders, discontinued shaving. Have always heretofore been clean shaven. Two weeks in and I thought the look was pretty good. Like Ernest Hemingway. Two weeks later and I looked like a shaggy bum. Then remembered this little trimmer. Lopped off the long hairs easily and with precision. Looking good again.

This one is much more efficient than the round things and covers areas way better and is more versatile. The battery is very easy to replace as well and only it takes one.
Rich Foods & Fixit –
This shaver is much safer for cutting nose and ear hair than sharp pointed scissors! I had the same product for about ten years. I’m very glad to have found it again. It’s just the same as the old one except it works! Also, it has some attachments which look good to try out. Thank you Microtouch!
Goose –
I had one of the first ones of this type of product for more than 15 years before it finally gave out, but this product vs. the one I had definitely has a better grip and weight. The added items for trimming one’s eyebrows is a nice touch, but I have not yet had an opportunity to give that a shot. Trimmed the areas that have low density hair growth very easily, struggled a bit with the dense areas. The cons is the comfort as it is not as smooth as I am used to from the original product I had, especially in the higher density hair areas.
The product’s trim-head is angled a bit from the bottom of the brush, which in some areas it is helpful, some not so much, depends on the users preference. The grip on the bottom of the trimmer is a nice touch as it does have a better grip than I am used to and is wider. All said, I would recommend this to my friends to use for their needs, but if you are looking for a very, very smooth product for your application of this item, I would pony up a bit more money for a higher quality product to get the added luxury. For simple use, it does the job.

Been buying this brand for years due to its ability to reach small spaces/cavities and cuts well as long as you are careful in delicate areas!
Only drawback is that every one of the ones I’ve purchased stopped working properly after only 6months use as the battery charge seems to start failing. Not sure if it’s a defect or if it’s a moisture issue from cleaning head. The old ones still work off and on even with fresh batteries so not sure where the problem is!
Only reason I keep repurchasing is it cuts close and very precise and all others I’ve tried don’t!
Wish they would fix the battery stopping issue as otherwise it’s the best one I’ve tried!

Great device when it works. It kinda turns on when it wants to. I have to check battery area, bump it a couple times until it kicks on. My window to return it is gone.
