I have been using this every night before bed for the last 3 months, and have seen a different in my thinning hair. It says to use twice a day. I only use once a day and have had promising results! Apparently I’m gonna have to use it forever now to keep the new hair ..but that okay I make it part of my nightly routine. Nice to fine something that ACTUALLY works! You will need patience with this product, will not work over night, took about a month and a half to see little hairs .
