Relieves dry ear and makes my hearing aids much more comfortable. At the end of the day my aids were bothering me and my ears were itchy. This took care of it. I used a drop in each ear at night for 3 nights and now just as needed.

It works fairly well but using very little is very important. And, if you are a hearing aid user, it is critical to be very sparing or could clog aids!
The small bottle I ordered is difficult to squeeze putting directly in ear. It would be better to dab a little on a swab and use that to lightly coat ear.
