I have wavy hair which miraculously turned curly when using this product and scrunching (as per the curly girl method). Excellent product with an amazing fragrance (you will have hair that smells so good, everyone will be complimenting you), the price may seem expensive but you get so much product, and you only need a little bit each time (depending on how much hair you have). Does leave a slightly sticky feeling at first but once it dries down it sets the curls perfectly and they still retain their bouncy soft appearance. ELIMINATES frizz.

Hands down the best curl cream ever. I first discovered this 10 years ago when I was planning a trip to Mexico with my new boyfriend. This stuff is a lifesaver. I’ve been using it for about six years now and felt the need to write this review to sing its praises. I used to hate my curly hair (isn’t that everyone’s curly hair story?), but eventually realized straightening it was ruining it, so I’ve been on a curly-journey ever since then. I found this product two years into my journey and have never looked back. It keeps your hair soft, shiny, and locks moisture in. It also makes your curls perfect! I combine this with some of Curlsmith’s products and I get amazing results. I panic when I see that I’m getting low on it too. If you are on the fence, just give it go. You won’t regret it!

I’ve used this product twice so far and here’s how the experience was. For context, I have medium to fine textured 3c hair but the back is a slightly damaged 3b-ish texture. The first time I used this product, I used it to refresh my curls and applied it after using a leave in conditioner. I then followed it up with the Miss Jessie’s Jelly Soft Curls Gel. To be completely honest, I didn’t really like the results as it was kind of dry and frizzy after the 2nd day. After about 4 days I decided to just do another wash day. Shampooed and deep conditioned and rinsed as normal, but then I decided to use this product without a leave in conditioner under it. So I used it, then followed it up again with the Jelly Soft Curls and the results were SO much better. It was moisturized, soft, bouncy, clumped, and very defined. It does leave a little bit of a cast but I guess that’s due to the gel but it’s a medium cast so it wasn’t that hard to get rid of the crunchiness. The smell is really pleasant and kind of reminds me of the smell of Earl Grey tea. The smell doesn’t linger, however. The bottle is a little bit larger than I expected though, which was a nice surprise. So overall, it’s a great product and I give it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the price.

Listen! I was waiting to use it for a second time to give you a true review and I can tell you that this is actually meant for multicultural curls!
I am Dominican, so I have everything in me lol. My curls are 3B but honestly, they are whatever they want sometimes. They been acting up lately; not wanting to curl as they should and very FRIZZY!
Did some research online and came across this, gave it a try after talking with God about it (yes, I include Him in everything 🙈).
Anyhow, this is working! My hair is curling beautifully, very soft and flowing. Most importantly, IT IS NOT FRIZZY, so worth the investment.
The first time I used it, I used it by itself. The second time I used it with Fructis curl cream and the combination left my curls glowing.
As for the scent, I think is lemon like but you cannot smell it much, which I think is perfect if you are sensitive like me.
I just wish it was bigger 😞. But do not hesitate to buy it; you will NOT regret it 🤍.
