Received this product and have ordered before and it was fine. This time the product was like a wad of cement in the jar. It was separated and old and stale. Totally not usable. This is not a cheap product and if it is not a big seller then keep a few of them. This stuff was so old it was ridiculous. I really like this stuff and I am annoyed.

Eye cream was like dry brown sand and only half was in jar. Product may have been so old it became unusable. I have used Monat in past and was pleased. I would expect a free replacement and return comment from seller.

I was born with puffy, bagged/hooded eyes and due to my sinus allergies, they can be worse from day to day. AND as I age, they are getting even worse.
Over the years I have tried numerous eye creams and normally the ones that say they help puffy eyes or bags – do not work for me! They have helped the fine lines around my eyes, but nothing else. The only thing that has ever come close to lessening my puffiness on my hooded/baggy eyes is this Monat Eyes Smooth eye cream!
It did not happen fast – I had to continue to use it for about 2-2 1/2 months but gradually it did lessen (not take away) the affects of my puffy hooded baggy eyes, were I did not hate to look of them.
My eyes were brighter, more awake looking and I felt like I did in my mid to late 20’s (I am a month away from 44 by the way).
This eye cream will now be my one and only! Thank you Monat for creating this gem!
