I absolutely love this product as our (Traumatic Brain Injured by car total care) adult child I care for has great results in helping with dandruff. Only one that works for her. But though it came in sealed bag it has spillage under the lid. And finger prints on lid. I still will tell people to get this product. Just sad it spilled.

Amazon needs to ship this in a small box with bubble wrap, mine came in a light bubble mailer which the product spilled out, please note when purchasing and let Amazon know packaging needs to be updated/more protected for this item. Otherwise happy with the product.

Despide the bad reviews about the product showing up half empty/spilled I decided to take the chance and I am so glad I did considering this is $55 even as a VIP with Monat

I was hopeful that the reviews about this product arriving spilled were just flukes, but alas, they were not. I am very disappointed because over 5/6 of the product was spilled in it’s bag as well as within the amazon shipping bag as well.
Monat products truly do work well and I stand by them, but from this expirience, I would say avoid buying their products from amazon as the sellers is obviously need assistance with finding appropriate packaging to prevent spills.
