Having previously enjoyed Moroccanoil products for their quality and fragrance, I found this travel set to be an excellent introduction for newcomers. It includes shampoo, conditioner, treatment oil, and hand cream, all in trial sizes that are also perfect for gifts.
Upon revisiting these products after some time, I initially found the scent somewhat strong. However, as I continued to use them, I grew accustomed to the fragrance and was thoroughly impressed by the effect on my hair. The shampoo lathers well, requiring only a small amount even for long hair, and the conditioner is equally efficient. This makes the set quite long-lasting given the size of the products.
The treatment oil is ideal for post-shampoo application and effectively helps manage hair when applied to damp strands. This product is my favorite and is frequently used in hair salons, which speaks to its quality.
The inclusion of hand cream in a haircare set seemed unusual at first. Yet, its watery light texture absorbs quickly into the skin, and its pleasant scent is quite appealing. Most impressive is its ability to maintain skin moisture for an extended period, prompting me to apply it multiple times a day.

First of all, I really like the travel bag it comes with. It is very easy to open and close, holds quite a bit, and is a nice material. The size of the shampoo and conditioner are great for anyone with medium hair for a week if washing everyday, 3-4 days for anyone with long hair. I didn’t like the shampoo as it made my hair feel waxy and straw-like. The conditioner was nice and helped reduce the effects of the shampoo. The oil has been a game changer and has made my hair feel so smooth, healthy, reduced frizz, and smell good. The lotion has noticeably made my hands softer. The scent is very, very strong, so if you’re sensitive to smells, this might be a bit much. Overall, I really liked this and feel like its a great kit to bring on a short vacation and feel pampered! I think it is a great value too.

I have always heard a lot of nice things about Moroccan Oil, so when I got a chance to try this “Volume Travel Set” I jumped at it. The Hand Cream is nice, although beware that it does come with Hyaluronic Acid – so if you are sensitive to that it could be an issue for you. It doesn’t leave a residue but it also doesn’t absorb quickly for those who are sensitive to lotion. I also very much liked the Hair Oil Treatment that it comes with it. It does a decent job and left my hair with a decent shine to it.
The Shampoo and Conditioners were small compared to the amount of Hair Oil Treatment that you get. I didn’t find any of this to be anything super special compared to other products that I have tried.
The smell is not something that I found to be unpleasant or overly fragrant, I couldn’t actually place what it was and I am one that is sensitive to smells.
I tried to photograph the ingredients as best as possible as these are defined differently for each person. So I always recommend to check the list yourself.

I love this Moroccanoil travel set! The bag is my favorite part. These are a good size for travel products, but I feel these will last me a while. The shampoo smells lovely, and it’s a nice gel consistency. It doesn’t lather very much though, so I did need to do a double cleanse. It rinses out really well, but it is a super heavy shampoo so it weighed my gate down more than volumized it (but that could also be because I air dry my hair). The conditioner also smells so good, and it’s a hydrating and lightweight conditioner. My hair feels much softer! I have frizzy, combo hair so I use a little bit of the oil treatment as an extra moisturizing boost & to add some shine. These all smell so lovely, and my hair and scalp still smells so good hours later! The hand cream smells lovely, and is my new favorite hand cream. It absorbs astonishingly fast, and doesn’t leave behind a heavy residue that a lot of hand creams have. It’s super moisturizing!! I also don’t have to apply a lot to get the effect. This Moroccanoil volume travel kit looks and feels high end, and is definitely worth getting!

Very nice set in a cute bag from moroccanoil. Love the volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Nice lighter formula from the brand. Gives me great volume and leaves my hair super shiny and soft. Love the signature moroccanoil scent in all the products in this set. Comes with the light version of the oil which I apply the my mid length to ends of my hair. gives me hair and extra silky shiny touch. The hand lotion is nice and moisturizing as well. Comes in a super cute travel bag with pretty logo liner. Great reusable bag!

This is an amazing gift set for anyone who loves Moroccan oil products or is about to. After other shampoos and conditioners didn’t help revive my colour dye-fryed hair and Moroccan oil absolutely restored my hair to healthy locks I fell in love with their products. The smell is one of a kind and I always get compliments on it.
When I saw the kit of a shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and oil I knew I had to try it. True to brand all the products were excellent, and if new to the brand this is a great kit to try out. The set-up is gift worthy and the little bag can be reused as a clutch or makeup bag. The products are small size and very portable when travelling.
Shampoo and conditioner do help with volume and prevent hair from breaking, I also find that the set detangles well. The oil I use less often as it is fairly heavy for even light hair that it seems to weight it down after a day. The hand cream is very soothing and the scent lingers.

It’s also a great discovery set if you are looking to try Moroccanoil products without commiting to full sizes. It includes a hand cream and three beauty essentials for fine hair. Everything has the classic Moroccanoil scent which is very pleasant. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling clean, soft, and moisturized and the conditioner is rich and creamy. They do not weigh my fine hair down and do a good job of adding some volume. The light oil treatment works much better for my hair than the classic variety, which was a bit to heavy. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be packing these for my next trip!
