The media could not be loaded.

They seem great if you have a big mouth big jaw I am a small woman small mouth I followed the instruction from hot water try to fit it it’s still is way too big

I need a guard for night grinding and gum loss. I had a professional hard plastic one made by my dentist, but I could not tolerate it at all. I tried this one based on reviews. This is easy to mold, is substantial enough to cover all teeth and contains 4 molds (2 small/2 large). I love it. I wore it for the first time last night, only for a few hours, and I plan to build up my tolerance to it bit by bit. It’s not flavored, which I appreciate. The plastic is so smooth and nice. The small fits my upper teeth best, but I will be able to cut down the large when needed. I only plan to wear one at a time. Highly recommended.

First, it arrived overnight, which was very nice. Second, it comes securely wrapped so you know that the package has not been opened. You not only get 4 mouth guards (2 sizes), you get two plastic containers for storage. I’ve tried mouth guards in the past, but they were too uncomfortable, bulky or fell out. My clenching became so bad this past month that I had a serious ear ache along with jaw pain that would last almost all day. After purchasing Clench No More, I followed the directions and ended up with a custom fit guard that isn’t bulky, doesn’t fall out and is comfortable to wear all night. I got relief from my ear ache and jaw pain after the first night. This is a great product for me and I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from clenched or grinding teeth. Just follow the directions exactly. The small fit worked best for me without trimming.

So the product over all I do like that it comes with clear instructions and 2 small 2 large mouth guards. And able to keep reusing and shaping.
The problem is the mouth guard are too small or too big in your mouth which can be uncomfortable.
Solution is you can adjust it and move it around to fit your teeth but again can cause discomfort. But this is over all a cheaper solution and helps a little but shouldnt be for long terms.
Another solution if you dont like how its shape you can go back and as the instructions shows put it back in boiling water and again adjust it so thats a good thing about these guards.

I used to wake up with a sore, tired jaw from grinding my teeth in my sleep. It was painful and annoying. I tried TheSleepGuard mouth guard and it has been a total game changer!

This mouth guard is comfortable and easy to use. You just boil it for 60 seconds to soften it, then bite down to mold it to your teeth. It forms a protective barrier between your top and bottom teeth, absorbing the force from any teeth grinding.

I was amazed at how well it worked from the very first night. I woke up without any jaw soreness or pain. It fits my mouth perfectly and stays in place all night. I barely notice it’s there.

TheSleepGuard is made of soft, flexible material that cushions your teeth and prevents damage. My dentist said it is helping protect my enamel and reduce stress on my jaw joints.

I have been using this mouth guard for weeks now and my nighttime teeth grinding has completely stopped. No more headaches or jaw pain in the morning. It was super affordable too.

If you grind your teeth, I highly recommend TheSleepGuard. It’s comfortable, effective, and gave me back peaceful, pain-free mornings. This simple device really improved my sleep quality. 5 stars!

Bought since it was four hours for one price however they are very large. I have a fairly large mouth and used the small, it is bulky like a sports mouth guard. Tried to use but felt like I was going to gag so certainly couldn’t sleep.

I have tried a dozen guards, including an ultra-expensive one from the dentist that is unbearable. Most are massive and bulky. This guard is thinner than the others (but not think enough to chew through- at least not for me). I rotate this guard and a VERY thin guard from another maker (that one is in a different class of guards). it is so hard to find ones that work and I wish everyone luck!

It is very important you only use a spoon to take the mouth guard out of the hot water.
It may need to be mold twice before it fits right.
Overall I am impressed with the mouth guard!

  9. MICHAEL HOLLOWAY

Very easy to get the impression and easy to mold. Feels comfortable at night and stays in without falling out

I got these because the dentist said I needed a mouth guard to stop me grinding my teeth. These were a much cheaper option than from the dentist.
They are easy to mould to your teeth, although the small size was perfect until I did the moulding process and now its a bit short and doesn’t cover my back teeth. At first the guard doesn’t stay in my mouth very well and keeps falling out but once I’m asleep it stays in place. I couldn’t use it during the day if I needed to because it would just fall out.
All in all for the money its a good product.

I’ve been grinding my teeth for years thanks to a stressful work environment, a habit I couldn’t help since my late-20s, and now over a decade later, I feel like a pro. Typically I would buy Dentek mouth guards and they worked incredibly well. However, I was told you could buy multiples on Amazon with more than a single guard in each pack, which seemed a much better deal…

My first purchase was with another brand that had “heavy duty” 6mm and normal 3mm options to choose from. My personal experience, I hate the bulky 6mm mouth guards, as you struggle to close your mouth with them in and sleeping is uncomfortable. Every morning I would wake up and realise I’d put them on my night stand halfway through the night – they weren’t getting the job done.

When I found these from TheSleepGuard I was happy to see they were only the 3mm mouth guards and come in two sizes – small and large, which fit me both but large is better suited as I get full protection. Packaging is also great and comes with two cases instead of one so there’s somewhere to store your spares, which I never got with the other brands.

Key Tip: As the instructions say, you need to wait for the boiling water to settle for 10 seconds or so before trying to submerge the mouth guard. If you don’t do this, they will shrink and melt together extremely quickly and you’ll be left disappointed as the mouth guard will be entirely useless. So wait, drop it in and then give it around 10-12 seconds, a little less than recommended. You can tell when the mouth guard looks visibly softer and is ready to go! If you leave it in there too long there’s no going back, you’ve been warned!

My final tip from years of experience fitting these I know the it says to bite down – but for me what works is just using the suction of my mouth and then using my tongue and fingers to firmly press the mouthguard up and in along my teeth and gums. I’ve noticed biting down creates imprints from your bottom teeth and this can reduce comfort and durability over time. Try only with your fingers and you’ll get much better long-lasting results.

I received a message from clench no more with instructions and a space to write them for help. My wife was miserable with it and asked for help. She explained that with the first one after heating in hot water for 25 second she put it in her mouth to shape it. She didn’t notice that the back part had folded on itself. She tried to pull it apart and couldn’t. She then tried again with the second one. She could not get a tight fit. It kept sliding off her teeth while trying to sleep, and she started gagging on it and took it out. She wore it for only 5 minutes.
She used the part of the message that said if you need help press here and she told them the problem. No one got back to me.
She probably only needed assistance in getting a better fit. It looked well made, but again, no one responded.
I am therefore only giving it 2 stars. Probably should give it less.
We obviously can’t return it, as one was ruined and the other one was used.
    She is very unhappy.

Facile à utiliser et bien pour ceux qui serre les dents la nuit.
