How can these be soft and gentle but really effective and sturdy at the same time? No clue, but I love the dense polyester brush supplemented with some longer, extra-thin ‘flossing bristles. The brand claims polyester bristles last longer than the more common nylon and that the bristles are nano-silver coated. They suggest this means the toothbrush can be replaced after 4 months rather than the usually recommended 3 months. Overall, this is a good, quality toothbrush that leaves teeth and gums feeling exceptionally clean.

The fine floss bristles in Dr Plotka toothbrush are longer than other similar toothbrushes, and are silver infused and made of polyester instead of nylon.

I was complaining to a coworker about accidentally slicing the back of my mouth with a toothbrush (it was so bad!!!) and she gave me one of these the next day. I was not expecting anything exciting-it’s a toothbrush… But I was grateful and tried it. SUPER impressed! I don’t know about all the silver and special properties (cool if they really work) but as a toothbrush it’s soft but firm enough to hold up well.
The best part is how it reeeeeeally seems to polish my teeth smooth but doesn’t need to tear my mouth up to do it. I’ve got enamel issues and a sensitive mouth but the flossing bristles are awesome! Comfortable to hold, gentle but durable and great job doin what it does. Highly recommend even though they’re a bit pricey.

This toothbrush works quite well and does clean effectively. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5*s is because it doesn’t, as advertised, clean interstitially than most other toothbrushes.

My teeth and gums do feel cleaner after using this toothbrush, as though I’ve been to the dentist. The soft bristles don’t hurt my gums unlike some other thin-bristled brushes, but they’re firm enough to clean properly.

I love these toothbrushes! They’re brilliant!! Combining a good manual toothbrush that’s filled with soft bristles and even finer fibers that resemble trimmed flossing tape. Bristles are fine enough to slip between your teeth and gums and make brushing and flossing one easy step. It really saves on time with your oral hygiene being able to brush AND floss in one easy step. These were created by a dentist,so some serious thought went into the creation of these brushes! They are comfortable to hold and easy to use, just like any other brush. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like I’m getting a much better clean with these brushes as opposed to a regular toothbrush. They’re a slight increase in price over other brushes, but aren’t your teeth worth the added expense? And remember, the more you buy, the cheaper they’ll be! I’ve happily made the switch and never regretted it, you won’t either!

These clean better and more thoroughly than any other toothbrushes I’ve tried. The difference is immediate. They really get in between your teeth and under the gum line while still being gentle. The first few times of using it does feel a bit tender afterwards, like after a thorough dental cleaning, but it’s because it’s hitting areas you usually miss with a standard brush. 10/10
