I purchased this water flosser as my previous portable flosser, different brand, wasn’t working. I like the style, it’s easy to use, and I like the comfort and brushes of this one more! It’s the perfect size for travel and holds a charge for several weeks of twice daily use. It’s also nice looking so you can leave it on the counter.

Was having issues with turning the flosser on taking several times of pressing on switch to get it to work and on the verge of returning it. Finally figured out how to turn on properly. Just need to press down the on switch until the power mode light is on. Select pressure mode then tap the on switch and start flossing. Very powerful and the 1-piece unit is a plus!

I bought this for my wife. She decided to charge it to show she could use it tonight. After a full charge we put water in it and went to use it. Firstly no water is coming out of the top and secondly water is leaking from the top when placed on an angle. Very disappointed. I know have to spend time posting this machine

Flossing and cleaning my teeth with MySmile was nice, however one Have to use 5 a 10 time to get used to the best way to position it!
The devise itself has its one-off bottom a bit flimsy, yet it work well, and it is portable.
The one-star rating as it started to have problems 3 weeks in use, and broke down completely in about a month. Could not find any troubleshooting tip or video on the web to fix it!
I asked the company to send a replacment as it is within warranty, yet no response!
Cost per floss is very high!

I was very happy with Mysmile water pic for a few months and then it stopped working. It won’t hold a charge. I’ve used different end on charger and even ordered a new one on Amazon thinking it was that, but still it won’t work. I’m very sad because I really liked it. 🙁 it’s too late to send it back.
