I bought this in September, used it 6-7 days per week, and it lasted me until the end of March. A little goes a LONG way. It is so soft and covers my skin perfectly. I was hesitant to buy it since it was $50, but now knowing Ill only have to purchase two per year makes me feel so much better.

Other tinted moisturisers I have tried have given me a sun kissed look, without looking like I’m wearing anything, but this product just didn’t do it for me. It felt sticky on the skin and I simply don’t like it.

I love NARS tinted moisturizer, it’s my favorite brand. It’s awesome.

I fell in love with tinted moisturizers a while back while living in Paris– at the time I got hooked on Kiehl’s tinted moisturizer but they quickly discontinued it and replaced it with a so-called BB cream (roughly similar but not the formula I loved) when I got back to the states. After that I tried LORAC’s BB cream but didn’t love it…also have been through basically all of the drugstore brands. Figured it was time for something more high-end, and let me say that you can immediately tell that this is more expensive just from the texture and formula. Smooth, creamy and very moisturizing, unlike lots of BB creams and even tinted moisturizers this does not sink into the crevices of your skin but smooths everything out and feels wonderful. I got the Alaska color which was honestly a little yellow for my complexion in the winter but has been a better match once I got outside a bit this summer (the SPF is a huge help when you don’t know where the day will take you). Next time I’ll try a lighter shade but since the coverage seems buildable it blends with my skin tone better if I don’t load too much on. (Pick the right color the first time and you won’t have this problem!)

Practically everything makes me break out and I have serious problem skin, but I never experienced any problems from this product. It’s wonderful for my skin and feels like I’m actually doing something good for it rather than just covering up the imperfections (of which there are many).

I will say that it doesn’t seem to stay on all day as other reviewers noted (I don’t have oily skin so not sure why that would be different for me than others, but whatever), but all things considered it stays on pretty well. I definitely have to re-apply if I’m going out at night but that’s true with practically anything. I maybe wish the coverage was a tiny bit better but again, buildable so maybe if I wasn’t worried about looking too yellow I could really push the limit and see how much coverage I could get out of it.

This is my new go-to product.

I was wanting something that was light yet covered my flaws n evened my skin out … This did EXACTLY that .. not too cakey or greasy , super light weight and gives the right amount of coverage. I’ve put a before and an after so u can tell exactly how much coverage it gives … Its not like your skin is going to look like Baby skin , it evens-out all the patchy, reddish parts n gives a uniform look .. if that’s wat you’re looking for THIS IS IT

I had been using (and loving) Nars Compact Powder Foundation because I don’t like a heavily made up look. Started reading and researching about these new BB creams everyone is talking about and found some great reviews about the Nars Tinted Moisturizer. Although it does not claim to be a “BB” cream per se, I am amazed at the results! I am over 40 and struggling with dry skin in spots and very oily skin in other spots. I liked the Powder foundation because it absorbed the oil but in my drier spots it wasn’t so flattering, made me look older than my years. So after reading another review about what shade would work for me (I also chose Finland because my normal powder shade is Deauville), I ordered and am SO happy I did! Let me tell you, I am amazed! I used to liberally apply concealer everywhere from under my eyes to my sun spots, etc. and now I don’t have to! I don’t know how but I get great coverage from this TM yet my natural skin shows through. It blends well around my eyebrows and hairline as long as I am careful not to use too much, which is tempting because at first you will be afraid you are not using enough – it goes on very sheer. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and my skin has improved considerably, too. I do have to use my regular moisturizer underneath as it is not quite rich enough for my mature skin but then I apply and finish off with translucent loose powder. My skin absolutely glows, even in bright daylight and it is a perfect color match to my skin tone. I am hooked! Once again, Nars saves the day.

I’d heard about this tinted moisturizer on several beauty blogs and decided to try it, since I was in the market for a paraben-free and retinyl palmitate-free product with decent SPF coverage. My current skin shade is exactly in between Alaska and St. Moritz. I usually use Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer in 60 (Neutral to Tan). I debated which NARS shade to get for a long while then decided to go for St. Moritz since it is now summer and I’ll probably tan a shade up. Application is very smooth (I do wear moisturizer under this product, though). The product has a very light but pleasant floral scent (it disappears minutes later, don’t worry), it blends remarkably well, and covers minor blemishes better than I had expected. I do wish it wasn’t so tan-yellow…this is probably one of the darkest shades of light medium that I’ve ever encountered. I think I’ll probably purchase Alaska and blend the two. There is a definite yellow tone to this shade – wish it were a bit more neutral/beige. However, the pros (easy application, nice sheer-to-light coverage, decent SPF, doesn’t cause my skin to flake, 8 hour wear, no parabens) outweigh the yellowish shade issue. Highly recommend and hope that NARS expands this line to include more neutral shades in the medium tone spectrum. If you are on the fence about this shade, I’d recommend, especially if your skin has a definite yellow-tan undertone. I’m a convert!
