I am a bit of a skin treatment snob. I usually stick to higher end department store brands because I love the silky, not waxy, not oily, soft scent, and moisturizing qualities. I have recently treated myself to a jar of the most popular, $100 neck cream. It was fine, a bit waxy, and had no scent. I just couldn’t justify the cost. I saw this and decided to give it a try. To my great surprise it is very silky, without being waxy or oily. It moisturizes my neck well and soaks in relatively quickly so I can finish dressing in 10 minutes without the fear of it staining my white blouses. It does have a delegate orange scent, which I don’t love, but it is certainly not overpowering. I prefer this to no scent at all. Some people complained about the unusual “pump jar” wasting product. I really LOVE this feature, wishing it would catch on with other brands. There is zero waste because once the pump can suction nothing more, the lid easily screws off. (Not there yet, but again, the issue of waste mentioned by other reviews is easily avoided.) This cream is very satisfying and effective. A very good value. The only negative is the subtle orange scent; I would highly prefer a floral or lemon scent. I will purchase it again when I finish this jar. 1 month update: at first I loved this cream, then after a few weeks my skin started to itch and feel irritated. I think it was the fragrance. I stopped using it and ultimately tossed the jar.

WOW…I don’t often leave reviews, but this company and product really deserve to be recognized. I purchased this product during Prime week when it was on sale to give it a try. The light delicate scent captured me immediately (seriously amazing I wish I could use it as a body lotion), high end packaging that you would expect to pay BIG money for, and the texture of the product is creamy and just melts into your skin. I’ve been using it about 4 weeks now and have seen a noticeable difference in how well moisturized my neck and décolleté are, lines are less noticeable. It leaves your skin looking and feeling dewy without being greasy if that makes sense. The dewy look and feel started with my 1st use.
I received a tiny card in the package that offered a free product. I remember reading one negative review on Amazon mentioning this and how the company never responded, and they never got their freebie. My experience was the complete opposite. After I emailed my request, Allesandra responded immediately with the link, step by step instructions on how to claim the free product and even how to use it once I received it. She then sent me a follow up email thanking me for supporting her small business.
Not only is the product amazing but the customer service is top notch. I am happy to support this small business and look forward to my next purchase.

NEW REVIEW: So, I have been using this for several weeks now & I have to tell you that this is a FABULOUS product. I use it religiously every day & my loose neck skin is TRULY tightening, even toned & supple not crepe anymore. I’m so happy with this that I decided to use it in between my lower cheeks & lip area (?smile lines) & it’s already showing improvement. This is my daily routine & I won’t be without it. PLEASE, Amazon keep carrying this product!!!

Waited 4 weeks to review for accuracy. Upper chest between cleavage and neck is now smoother and non crepey. Neck is smoother and tighter, jowls seem less droopy and the crease around my middle neck is not so deep. The smell is nice so I don’t know why some reviews say that it isn’t!! The push applicator works perfectly. One push is ample for all the areas mentioned above. Some people have said it stops working, all you need to do is unscrew the lid and stir the cream then put lid back on or give it a good shake. It’s only because once you have used a bit, the cream lowers and doesn’t suck up. It’s not greasy and absorbs well. Doesn’t mark clothing. It’s a brilliant product that actually works and at an affordable price. I use skin+me on my face but they don’t do a neck treatment. I was sceptical about this product but I recommend 100% and will buy again

Smells nice, is lighter than a cream.
I had it hard time at first figuring out how to get the bottle open, you just pop off the little clear top. I like the dispensing mechanism where you just push down and it gives you a little bit. I use this twice A-day and my skin loves it, I honestly can say that my skin is firmer and I have less wrinkles – it actually does work. Absorbs well.
You just have to be consistent and follow all your other skin care regimen, along with this. I also use desert essence tea tree oil face wash, I use sea breeze (Walmart generic – blue liquid) sensitive skin deep clean astringent with a cotton pad, twice A-day. First before I put anything on in the morning and the last thing I do at night after taking off my makeup. Sometimes I use a make up remover wipe, and I skip the astringent at night.
I also wear sunblock everyday, cream sunblock works best. I find that the spray types don’t really protect like the creams.
I am 55 years old and I definitely do not look it, it takes an effort.

I bought this because I had been using benzyl peroxide on my jawline. Some of the bp got on my neck and made it dry and crepe-y. I’m in my mid-thirties and I wasn’t expecting to have the struggle yet! I knew I had to find a product for the neck that used clean ingredients. I did some searching and also checked the Environmental Working Group (EWG)’s Skindeep database to find clean products. Kleem organics came up and was within my price range, so I bought the neck cream! It has made my neck skin firmer and the crepe-y skin is gone. I use it twice per day as directed. I would recommend this cream and a bonus is that it smells AMAZING!

This cream makes my neck feel soft and moisturized. I have been using it for a couple of weeks – I can already tell that my neck looks better!
The scent is delicate and makes it a pleasure to apply. The cream itself is not too heavy, not too greasy – I would say it has a perfect texture.
The jar contains a large quantity and I think it makes it very good value for money.
As a side note, the customer service is unlike anything I have ever encountered. The effort they made to communicate with me was amazing. (Just in case you are wondering – no, I do not work for the company and no, they are not paying me :-))
