I apply henna often and have tried many brands. This is my first time purchasing one on Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised. Please note that I made thick designs so I’m not sure if you will get the same result with more delicate or intricate designs. Paste sticks very well to the skin for 12 hours no need to apply sugar-lemon water. When I first opened the tube I used it on both the front and back of my hand. On the back I used a sticker stencil. I left it on overnight and removed the paste the next morning and applied Vicks VapoRub. I avoided water until the next morning. The times written on the pictures is from the time of initial application.
Also I love that after I initially used the tube I put a clip on the end to seal it. The paste remained hydrated and gave the same dark color.
I am guessing that with more intricate or fine designs you will get he same color but I don’t know how well the paste will stick overnight.

This Henna paste is wonderful! Strong enough to stay on for a week, but weak enough that if you just put in a bit of actual scrubbing it will come off. I love how thin the tip is – it makes it easy to make detailed designs.

I got this product think it would show up well but it does not unless you are Caucasian. Besides that the henna went really smoothly on and was easy to work with.

This is so surprising me with the original henna color dark orange after dry. I love the texture and fresh henna paste. I just love it and after a night henna color is more dark than ever imagine. My customer is Mexican and British, they just happy with color and want this again and again

This is some really good henna! It comes out very smooth and has an excellent, dark stain. The first two pictures are after applying but before scraping off and the third picture is about 3 days after application. After scratching off it was pretty light and very orange but it darkened very fast to a nice reddish brown. Keep in mind that the final color can vary greatly depending on your skin tone, as with all henna.
The color is a lot darker than another henna I have used and seems to be lasting a lot longer as it’s been three days and still hasn’t faded.
We also used this for freckles and got some amazing realistic looking fake freckles.
Also keep in mind that the thicker you apply it the darker it will be. For freckles we applied it very thin in random dots and speckles. The smell is not at all strong but it does smell like henna.

I can’t post pictures for some reason so thahs a bummer. I am a hennahead. I do it almost everyday on myself. Typically the hippie store down the road as the henna I like but they were fresh out so I ordered on Amazon. This henna does work. It has a good dark deep reddish brown you look for & it does last a while. My only issue is the smell. I stopped using them, the smell is too much for me. Gives me an instant headache. My daughter & her friend use them, the smell doesn’t bother them.
