I used to be a “make your own solution and soak” truther but this is super convenient and works well! The angled tip is amazing for getting the angle I need on my helix peircing. It seems to be lasting me a while. And the pressure is juuussttt enough to get up in there without damaging any healing! You can also adjust how hard the pressure is to a degree by how hard you press on the nozzle.

When I got both of my lobes pierced, my left one unfortunately was bleeding during the process. I was given from the studio a small bottle of their aftercare spray. It did its job, but it ran out very quickly. My left ear piercing kept on bleeding on and off for several months. So I decided to purchase the NeilMed Piercing Aftercare. About three months give or take after using it, my left ear piercing no longer bleeds!! I’m not sure whether it’s because of the actual spray or because the piercing has healed completely, but one way or another, it worked wonders!! It takes a while to get used to the direction of the spray as you need to angle the bottle properly in order to spray the targeted area. Highly recommended!

My piercer gave me outdated advice and told me to use unscented antibacterial handsoap. Weeeellllll I bought the exact one she’d mentioned and ended up with some nasty infections coming on but this stuff right here saved the day and I’ve already repurchased for when I go and get my next round of piercings next month. Cleared the infections right up and works great.

It is a bit awkward to spray where you need to when used for ear piercing aftercare. Was hoping my child could easily spray on herself but that isn’t the case. Otherwise, the product itself works great and has helped heal her ear piercing quickly!

I got my nose piercing stud replaced with a hoop and had an unfortunate irritation bump for a couple of days. I ran out of my old cleansing spray and heard a lot of great things about this one, so decided to order here.
The spray nozzle is fantastic. It has a gentle mist that makes cleaning my piercing a breeze. No more fumbling with cotton swabs or worrying about irritating the area with a more direct spray. The saline solution feels super effective.
My only issue is that part of my face being more sensitive to drying out due to the saline. What helps is rinsing the rest of the area with warm water after spraying, so no other area dries out.
Overall, I highly recommend NeilMed Piercing Aftercare Spray to anyone with a new or irritated piercing. It’s easy to use, a gentle spray, and keeps things clean and comfortable. It’s definitely a must-have for a smooth healing process.

I purchased this knowing I was getting a new piercing (forward helix, pictured) and I knew cleaning it was going to be a little difficult just due to the location of the piercing.
The nozzle on this bottle makes cleaning a lot more accurate and having to use less product for the area because it’s more precise. So far, the piercing has been easy and has caused very little pain, but cleaning it with this solution has made the piercing even easier and super low maintenance.
I highly recommend this spray for any new piercings, especially hard to reach areas where cleaning is a little difficult. The only downside to the spray, and any sort of saline/salt spray for piercings it’s to be expected, is it is a little drying and can cause slight irritation to the skin if you are over-cleaning. I don’t recommend using this more than once or twice per day, just remember to follow your piercers aftercare guidelines and you’ll be just fine. Love the spray!
