I use this on my sons hair. It is a bit pricey but it has a good medium hold and doesn’t leave a residue or flakiness. Smells amazing. Holds his hair in place at least until he gets on the bus but as long as your not running around like a 5 year old the hold is pretty good and would hold up pretty well most the day. I would recommend this.

I’ve been really liking this styling clay so far for my very straight and hard to style hair. It is much softer and creamier than other clay products I’ve tried, which makes it very easy to apply and work into my hair. A little bit goes a long way. Medium hold for my hair with just a little bit of shine, while still leaving my hair mostly soft to the touch. It smells good, almost spa like, which I guess may not be masculine enough for some guys but is fine with me.
The marketing materials suggest this is a planet conscious company, which is another plus. However I haven’t been able to find any actual details on what sustainability efforts they are making.

Have used Neuma Neustyling clay for years and they discontinued for some reason despite the great reviews. This was the suggested replacement. It is not at all a matte paste and nothing like the previous product. This is a wet cream. Huge disappointment Neuma.

After they changed to the recent packaging they obviously changed the product too. Not as strong a hold as the previous and I’m not happy about it. I liked the stronger hold and textured separation it gave my short hair before. This is way softer and not nearly as much separation if any. My hair still looks good but not super awesome. 😎
