On the beach in Cuba, my friends all used lotion sunblock and I used this. Everyone but me got a sunburn. I swam in the water for at least an hour in the mid afternoon and I am fair skinned and burn easily. This stuff proved itself to be the most effective sunscreen I’ve ever used and did not irritate my sensitive skin.

We keep a readymade bag for when we want to hit the outdoors, or our water sports. One of the most important things that we keep in our bag is sunscreen. And the number 1 sunscreen that we use is the Neutrogena solid stick. It is ideal that we need only to rub it along our face, and body parts that aren’t a great for a spray on method. It’s a little bit like how a deodorant is applied, but this is vital to keep us from burning. Ruining our skin, to the sun, doesn’t do anyone any favors so we are diligent in using sunscreen.
Having a “stick” of sunscreen that is strong enough for our faces, ears, and for other body parts, is vital. Using the Neutrogena face stick sunscreen is excellent, but for different parts of the body that are not ideal for a spray on sunscreen. The first time that I used it, I was super worried that it would run into my eyes. I experienced this before, with another brand, when I was into running marathons. You haven’t felt a more uncomfortable feeling than sunscreen in your eyes, but this didn’t happen with the Neutrogena sunscreen stick. In fact, we swam all day, in my daughter’s pool, with all of us using the Neutrogena stick sunscreen. Nobody felt the burn in our eyes at all. Plus it feels moisturizing to my skin at the same time.
There are different types of Neutrogena sunscreens that are each ideal for certain types of conditions, and we use those for the different areas and conditions. Skin care is incredibly important to us pale skinned folk who burn so easily. I haven’t had a problem with sunburns since finding the array of Neutrogena sunscreen products. It’s important to keep the different methods of application in our go bag so that we are always ready. Since I am unsure if the Neutrogena stick sunscreen will melt or not, we are careful to keep it cool. Plus it feels awesome to apply cool sunscreen on our face.

My kid was going to camp and I wanted to try some something different than the spray-on sunscreen or the lotion. Since there are restrictions at the camp that do not allow anyone to help apply sunscreen to the kids, I was looking for something that they could easily apply by themselves. Not making a mess would be an extra bonus.
I saw this product and had to give it a shot and it did not disappoint. It was easy for my 5 and 8 year olds to apply to themselves, went on smooth, and was not messy. They did not have to step away from the group, like they had to do with the aerosol spray, to apply the sunscreen. It is as easy as applying deodorant. Additionally, it is very convenient and comes in a very portable container and easily fits in a purse, fanny pack, back pack or hand carried. The sunscreen has a clean scent that is not strong or overwhelming. It goes on even and clear. As some have noted, the sunscreen does have the potential to get struck in the top of the cap or caught on the side as you are putting it on. That is not anything major though and I highly recommend this product.

I’ve always been uneasy about using sunscreen as someone with very melanated skin. But this one i had no issues with, goes on pretty easy, and since i was using this just on my face, the stick is very convenient. True to its claim that it is waterproof. I wear this out during the day, i re-apply every 3 hours because I’m in and out of the sun. NO TANNING!!! I will continue using this as my go to face sunscreen. I just wish they made a bigger size for the body itself. On a side note it may make you feel a bit oily, but thats expected. so oily skin persons, may or may not want to steer away from this. But i have acne and it never clogged my pores so all good for me

Def cant beat a stick sunblock.. I usually by the can and lotion version when traveling… but if im not checkin a bag… i end up buying when I get to my destination and it costs double! Trust me buy 2 and sce urself the hassle of checkin a bag at the airport

Many sunscreens claim to be invisible and clear but most of them are wrong. This one is transparent and goes on smoothly. It doesn’t feel sticky or have a strong fragrance. I keep one in my purse and one in my desk at work. I have reordered it several times for myself and my family.

This stick makes applying sunscreen so easy! I use it for my face neck and ears. I use it on the kids so they don’t have to eat sunscreen and get it in their eyes. It’s clear and stays on! I’ve got one in every bag that we take around for sports, vacations, camping, everything!

For parents with kids who hate to wear sunscreen this item is a huge help. My daughter hates putting on the liquid spf and makes sure to let us know every time we use it. She went through half of summer camp using the liquid and the struggle was real. Every morning we would force her to put on the liquid lotion type spf and the process always ruined the start of the day. This just glides on. We used it on her maybe two times and after that she liked it so much she demanded to apply it all by herself. Now she does it each day before school with no fuss. It makes our mornings so much easier. She has not had a sunburn since she started wearing it so it must work. So happy we found this product.

Funciona bien, solo lo he usado en la ciudad en la zona de hombros y cara, y hace su trabajo. Es mate y aunque sí deja una sensación ligeramente grasosa en la cara, no se ve.
Me decepcionó un poco la presentación, porque ya que vas sacando la barra del empaque notas que es muy poca cantidad y es una barra delgadita (aunque el gramaje está aquí descrito, pero igual me sorprendió), entonces creo que me va a durar poco, pero el tamaño es como el de un desodorante, bueno para llevar en la bolsa o mochila.
