Finally I found a 50 SPF that works with my oily skin. After several tries with SPF on my face this just works. It has no oil to breakthrew and does not cause my foundation to break apart or oxidize. It is not difficult to blend in and after a minute any white cast goes away. I have tried many brands which I ended up using on my body not face. Even the highly recommended and pricey brands did not do as well as Neutrogena. I can recommend without hesitation.

Great product. Goes on easily, absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a white, pasty look on skin. Non-greasy. One application lasted for several hours in intense sun — I didn’t tan or burn. I applied it on my face also, and have very sensitive skin, and it was mildly irritating.

I’m really happy to find a face sunscreen that does not leave your face an oily mess! This Nutrogena oil-free sunscreen leaves your face with a matte finish and protects your face very well from harmful sunrays. I have had some mild eye irritation, but not as bad as other sunscreens I have used. Makeup also applies very well over this sunscreen. Honestly, this sunscreen has been a game changer as I’ve tried many different sunscreens and have been disappointed. I highly recommend this oil-free face sunscreen!

I know this product is meant to be used as a facial sunscreen. However, due to its 3 ounce size, I keep it in my backpack to use as a touchup for my body. I already have a dedicated face sunscreen. I chose this product because it’s oil and fragrance free. There’s a slight chemical smell from the ingredients. A little goes along way. The consistency is thick but after you rub it in, it blends nicely to my skin and I hardly notice it’s there.

I am loving this sunscreen. It feels good going on, it doesn’t leave any residue on my skin, it doesn’t look greasy although there is a *slight* shine, and best of all, my skin does not react to it. Well I guess really best of all is that the sun does not seem to be getting to my skin. I had another brand, also 50 SPF, and I spent 30 minutes in the sun and erupted 1000 new freckles. This one seems like solid protection by comparison!

I decided to buy this sunscreen as the last one I bought left a white cast on my face and read reviews this does not. I am glad to say, this sunscreen does not leave a white cast! I’ve been using it for a while and have to say I mostly like the sunscreen.
Pros: It does not leave a cast, it has pretty good coverage. I would say it’s on the slightly thicker side. Doesn’t make me shiny.
Cons: It pills if you don’t move fast enough. Maybe I’m not waiting long enough after putting on moisturizer, but if I don’t spread the stuff fast or evenly enough, I’m stuck brushing little sunscreen balls off my face. It ever so slightly stings my face, but I have drier sensitive skin.
I see a lot of comments say it layers well under make-up. I don’t really wear any, but I do notice the sunscreen isn’t obvious throughout the day.

Bought this when it was on sale and was about 1/2 price of what she bought it at the retail store last time. This is the only kind of sunscreen my wife can use that doesn’t make her break out. She is fairly alergic to the sun and other sunscreen lotions and this keeps her from getting sun burnt or worse.
