This product actually cleans your face! Removes makeup, dirt and grime without leaving your skin dry. I have loved the concept of a gentle, non-drying “water” to clean, but none I’ve tried have been thorough – until now! Plus, it’s Neutrogena so you know it’s gentle. This will be my go-to from now on. Very nice and effective product!

I use this product with a cotton round after my regular cleanser. It seems to remove any remaining residue. I have occasional eczema outbreaks and this doesn’t seem to trigger them. I consider this safe to use on my skin and have seen an improvement in my skin overall.
I don’t feel like it’s either moisturizing or drying; seems neutral. My skin typically is very dry and I do use a moisturizer after letting this product dry.

I’ve been using this to take my sunscreen off all summer. Smell is a bit odd but since it feels so nice and makes my face plump looking I give it a pass!

I love this product! I use to use the garnier micellar water and that made my skin feel almost oily afterwards. this one however makes me feel very hydrated! I combine it with the water boost facial cream and my skin has never loved me more! the micellar water doesn’t feel oily, and dries very quickly! I hasn’t made me break out so that’s a major plus.
