I’ve been using this product for years now–it’s a great product to balance the moisture on my face between dry cheeks and an oily forehead and chin. I highly recommend this product over its cheaper store-brand generics–I tried the generics a few times and immediately went back to the store to get the Neutrogena product as there is a large difference in quality and efficacy.
The bottle may seem expensive, but lasts for quite a long time as you only really need one small pump for your whole face. I’d say I only need to buy 2-3 bottles to cover a whole year.

I have been using this product for over 5 years, and my skin had never been happier! Started having trouble finding it at my local retailer so had to go to Amazon. The price now is absolutely ridiculous!! I used to pay $20 a bottle. Come to find out it is being discontinued. Tried another neutrogena product and my skin became so irritated and red I had to stop using it. Please please please think twice about discontinuing this product!

I bought this in combination with a neutrogena facial cleanser because I felt my face was too dry after washing and felt too thick and clogged after moisturizing with previous products. I have relatively normal, problem-free skin. This cream is soft, gentle, and feels lightweight but still moisturizing. I don’t feel like I have a lotion film on my face when I use this! great for daily use. I use the tiniest drop size on a damp face and its perfect! little goes a long way so the 4 oz should last a while.

I have been using the Clinique Gel Moisturizer for a long time. I recently ran out and was looking for a cheaper alternative. I have pretty sensitive skin which is prone to adult cystic acne, so I have to be careful of what products I try. My face also is more on the oily side.
I had seen that this was posted as a dupe for the Clinique gel. I do not necessarily agree with that, but regardless, I am loving this lotion. It does have a light consistency and absorbs nicely into my skin. It has not caused any new breakouts which means it is a winner in my book. I have only been using this for a few days, so we will see what happens in the long run. But, it is worth the twenty dollar price difference so far.

Ok let me start off by explaining my skin type, so you get a better idea about what kind of care it needs and maybe even relate, if you share some of the same quantities. My skin is:
**EXTREMELY OILY
**Sweaty
**Living in a coastal town and having 80% humidity most of the time, it also gets quite greasy throughout the day, if I’m out and about.
** Clogged pores in the under eye/side of the nose area, and on my chin.
I’ve used for about a week now, as my night cream and the observations I made:
** I’ve better oil control now. My face doesn’t get as oily as before.
**My pores are almost reduced. Sweating also has come under control.
** Skin feels very smooth, silky and well hydrated to the touch.
** I had a few bumps on my forehead due to excessive sebum production, and they have all gone away too.
Oily skin too needs moisturiser, and I would totally recommend this product to people to at least try once. This cream is of a liquidy gel based formula, that is very light weight and is absorbed into the skin very effectively, without leaving behind any grease or oily residue. You only need the smallest amount, and I believe one pump would suffice for your whole face. If you’ve got skin like mine, then I would suggest applying it before bed. Can also be used during the mornings and as a makeup base, but I also use sunscreen religiously and therefore don’t apply it then. If you’re skin gets shiny, not necessarily oily, but due to sweat and the sunscreen, then I wouldn’t use it in the mornings. It has no scent discernable so it should suit those sensitive to scents.

I recommend this product 80% because there is no scent so thats good and its great for combination skin but the moisturizing side doesn’t really moisturize too well.After use skin feels abit dry still
