I have bought this item twice and both had defective dispensing pumps. The pump will not release despite much pulling, pushing, and many turns. Shampoo is great. Feels good on scalp and relives itching. Disappointed that extra care wasn’t taken to ensure an effective way to use it.

The shampoo is a nice shampoo to use. It lathers up nice and feels nice and crisp on your scalp. However, it does not smell pleasant. The closest smell I can come up with is a combination of potting soil and Vicks.
