I love this set, my absolute go to. I dye my hair quite a bit so it’s really good for damaged hair.

Love the smell & didn’t struggle to open with this hack…Look for the knotch under the pump (circled in yellow). Use a screwdriver or something to keep that part still while you twist the cap & it should pop right open. Your welcome! 🙂

I’ve been using the regular and on my last order switched to the version for colored hair. I love this scent and it makes my hair feel soft.

I tried and tried to get the pump to pop up, all to no avail. These two bottles, shampoo and conditioner, must have come from the defective pile of items. I was so disappointed. I won’t buy them again, not from this site.
