I have only been using Nioxin Hair Fall Defense Shampoo for three weeks. First impression – the shampoo itself is clear. Smells a bit minty. Upon showering and using the shampoo it is totally refreshing and smells divine. It lathers very nicely and made my hair and scalp feel tingly and clean. While not making my hair feel dehydrated. It was silky smooth and doubly so after using conditioner. I very much see and feel a difference in my hair. It seems thicker and almost like there is more of it. Only down side – I have to color my hair a bit sooner than I usually do because it seems to be growing quicker. There was less hair in my drain and in my comb almost immediately. Super happy I tried Nioxin Hair Fall Defense Shampoo. I’m going to purchase the conditioner now too.

As someone with dry, damaged and thinning hair from daily use of a flat iron and lack of protein in my diet, I wanted this shampoo to work wonders. While I did find the price point appealing compared to other hair loss shampoos I have used and researched, I wasn’t overly impressed with the Nioxin Pro Clinical Hair Fall Defense Shampoo. I used this shampoo on several occasions now and honestly have not noticed much of a difference in terms of hair loss. I do really enjoy the smell as well as how great it lathered up with only a small amount and it seemed to get all of the knots out pretty well, but it still didn’t restore the strength and moisture I was looking for. Further I loved the smaller bottle size, as it made it very convenient and easy to grab and apply, which gets difficult with other larger shampoo bottles on the market. Overall, it is a decent shampoo, but I don’t think it really works as intended at least in my particular case.

Was excited to try this Nioxin shampoo because my hair is thinning. I’ve been noticing clumps of hair coming off my head every time I shower. The bottle is not boring. It’s actually very appealing. The shampoo is clear and thick. It has a light minty smell (not over powering). It lathers well. I have very long hair, so I’m not sure if I will have enough shampoo to use for the 12 weeks that it takes to see results. It’s only been a few days, so I have not seen a significant change in reducing hair loss.

I tried using the shampoo for over a week to see if it help with hair loss or not. it actually help stop the hair falling out a bit. The fragrance is ok for me. It’s not strong. The bottle smells is not big so, I can hold it in one hand. The shampoo lather nice and created a lot of bubbles. My hair feel clean and feel like more volume. Anyayaa
