I have very sensitive teeth. I purchased this gel to use in trays I had made a few years back.
My suggestion should you have sensitive teeth is to use this over time. I do a small dab for each tooth and I only wear the trays for 20 minutes and then remove, brush etc.
I tested out 2 hours, it hurt too much. Took it down to an hour, still too much.
I’ve been using for over a month now and I don’t use it but maybe 2-3/week- 20 min at a time. I’ve seen the results – I’m patient though and am taking my time.

I have been whitening my teeth with the brand for years. I had a tray done by my dentist a few years back and still using it.
First time using it made my teeth sensitive and my gums inflamed. Great thing about this product, when that happens I just back off the amount of time wearing the guard and the days.
Once the initial years of stains from coffee, tea, normal discoloration from years, I only have to touch up one maybe two times a year for a couple of days. And I’m good to go.
My only drawback, which I can control. The tips of the tooth can become very white as the product is concentrated in that area, the tooth closest to the gum line is hard to get the product to stay on so it may seem the gum line isn’t as white as the middle are of the tooth.
My thinking is the tray plays a important part as much as how the product is disbursed and works.
Many compliments about my teeth. Will continue using this product.

This is the best whitener you can buy. I first bought this from my dentist 4 years ago. They made my mouth pieces sold the gel. And it makes a big difference in your appearance. At first I used it once a week until I got my teeth as white as I wanted then I use it once every month or 2. that all you need. A lot cheaper to buy it here on Amazon. Make sure it’s Phillips Zoom.

Too sweet. Used to like this, but for some reason it now has a sickening sweet taste. It is so unnecessary to do this. It does work, but the taste is off putting.

I used it for the first time right after getting my teeth cleaned as my dental hygienist said that was the best time. I put the gel in my Invisalign trays from a couple years ago. I did 2 hours and my teeth were a little sensitive for the rest of the day. They were whiter though! Tried it again a couple weeks later for 45 mins and they appeared whiter. Will keep using ever so often but not for the full 2 hours.
