Novah means wont go in spanish lol so hopefully these clippers wont. So far i like these alot! Its been 6mths and charged once maybe twice. I cut my sons and my own hair almost every week. Came charged and lasted awhile. Second charge didnt seem like it lasted as long but the battery doesnt worry me. Overall great! Clips and sizes to fade all there. Liner gets pretty close and clean. Still enjoying these clippers!
Update: as of July 4th 2024 these clippers have officially died on me! Disappointing. Died on me in the middle of a cut. Ive been oiling the blade before every cut so i know i didnt burn it out. Put it to charge and it worked for a couple seconds but it slowed down. Unpluggedit and nothing. The liner is still going. Really enjoyed these but now back to square one.

I want to write a review for this product because at first I was a little apprehensive about which clipper said I should buy from all the available choices ( there’s so much ), but something told me to go with this one, because I read a ton about how the customer service was great. and to my liking, when the product arrived, I came in great condition with all the necessary tools that someone like myself, who cuts his hair at home, would need. I registered the product using my phone and it was super simple, I just texted a number and gave the order ID from Amazon they did the rest for me. You can feel the quality of these clippers the moment you grip them in your hand. I could’ve gone with the regular edition, but I went with this model (gold) because it had the zero gap tool. When you register the products, they give you a link to a simple website that has two very simple videos. A 30 second video on how to zero gap and a longer video with tutorials and tricks, which I find to be very helpful. They have simplified the process for the customer, something that many companies do not do well. A game changer is the zero gap tool but you have to be careful with it, it makes the trimmer sharper and more effective; can basically create lines as would a professional barber would do if using his/her own trimmer. Noise level is pretty good too. Not too loud. Has 2 power modes , I believe one without and one with turbo. For someone who’s looking to cut hair at home OR at a shop, this can be a good solid product. Don’t be apprehensive about getting it.

Their customer service is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with also. They couldn’t have been any quicker or more accommodating. I’ve recommended these to multiple coworkers and now 4 of us use them. As a professional stylist I absolutely recommend them.

The packaging was sleek and felt high quality from the moment you open it. Coming from the starter kit I bought at Costco from Wahl, this is a huge upgrade. The clippers have a nice weight and power to them to power through the thickest of hair. The blades are very sharp out of the box. I’ve been cutting my own hair for years and I cut my friends and family members’ hair from time to time. The clipper goes through bulk pretty well. It was kind of annoying to zero-gap, but I think I got it after fiddling with it for about 5 mins. I like the clicks for the lever control and the 2 speed modes. The guards are ok. My wahl guards fit these perfect so I used those while testing the clippers.
The trimmer is pretty good.. BUT you do have to mess with zero-gapping the blade. It’s almost there but not quite. It was an easy fix with just a pair of needle nose pliers and some finesse.
I cannot say much about the battery life just yet since I’ve only used it 3 times. So far I’m at 87% on the clipper and 95% on the trimmer.
If you’re a beginner barber or a home barber and need something that is almost complete and will cut well this set won’t disappoint. Good value for money 👍

I use these almost daily to trim my beard and once a week to cut my own hair. The adjustable sizing as well as number of guards work well for creating a good side fade. The battery on these are insane as well. I’ve been using these quite a bit for about two months now and the battery is still close to %70 charged. Haven’t needed to charge them yet.
The product is well constructed with durable materials. This is probably my 4th trimmer I’ve purchased over the past ten years. The other trimmer guards are made of brittle or fragile plastic where the tongs break off or the unit cracks. These ones are a mix of metal and plastic. So far they’ve been great.
I did purchase a carrying case (with separate compartments for the different accoutrements) separately as the box they came in was pretty large for what’s needed.

It is very expensive for what it costs for the quality. The razor is of very poor quality. I do not recommend it. It gets hot, it’s not for professionals, I don’t recommend it, I’ll take care of my return, it’s rubbish.
