I used Nutricap 4 times over the past few years (120 capsules) it always makes my hair shinny, strong and healthy looking, it helps it grow. I have thin hair that breaks easily and this really helps .I always get random compliments on my hair when I use it. Give if a few weeks and you will start noticing the difference.
