This product is Exceptional. USB charges it, a ear basin is included to help catch the water as it flows out your ear or use it in the shower, 3 speeds allow for slow, medium, or massage pulse., temperature monitor system ensures proper warm water use. They have thoughtfully ensured all your needs are met using a ear wax cleaner, water pressure removes wax build up versus using Q-Tips which PUSHES wax into the ear. I am loving having this product and recommend it for an alternative to removing wax from your ears.

This thing feels amazing!! It actually loosens the wax and you can see it floating in the water in the bowl you hold to the ear. It tells you the temperature of the water on the front display and there are 4 modes… one of them feels like it’s pulsing. It comes with 4 extra tips and a holder for the tips, a charging cord, and a bowl to hold for the water to come out into. They do recommend using earwax softening solution before this product for stubborn wax but this product works sooo well and is super easy to use!

This is by far the most amazing earwax removal device I have ever used. Not only does it tell you the temperature range to keep the water that will be used for flushing the air canal, but it explains why the temperature must be what it is for years I had problems with dizziness, using a bulb syringe, now I know why. The collection cup also enables you to see the particles of wax that were removed, which is also a great help especially if you are alone and have no one to look into the canal with an otoscope the cost is much less than what you would pay in a surgical supply store for a similar device , it charges easily and quickly with USB and stores neatly in its original box when not in use I cannot say enough good things about this device. You will not be disappointed.

This was an easy to use device. It was comfortable and effective. At first, it was difficult to figure out how to add the water but the I noticed the opening for that purpose. The attachments were easy to use. I found it best to use in the shower so I did not have to manage catching the water using the basin. It would be nice if all the pieces could be contained together as I am afraid I will loose the attachments over time. I like the multiple settings. Very satisfied with this product.

The ear wax remover is a neat tool. It comes with different tips so you can pick the one that’s right for your ears. It also has a small basin to catch the wax & water that will double as a storage container for the tips when not in use. While it didn’t remove all of the built up wax from my test subject it did soften it up making it easier to get the rest of the wax out. I would recommend trying it out.

This has been a godsend for my son. He constantly has wax build up in his ears and is afraid to use q-tips so I got this to try and is works so well and is so easy to use! He is also fascinated to see what comes out in the collection cup that came with it.
