Great product. Helps my skin feel hydrate and allows my makeup to go on smoother.

This product has completely changed my perspective on face oils! I have sensitive and dry skin and have always struggled to find face lotion that really hydrates without breaking me out too. I had never considered using oils on my face since I was afraid it would leave my skin greasy and remain noticeable but with this product I have now found out that this is totally false! This Ogee product really does moisturize and absorb super well into my skin, making it softer to the touch immediately. I’ve also noticed since using this oil that my skin has actually cleared up and I no longer experience break outs. I honestly could never see myself using anything different now!

Nice oil but for the money haven’t seen any magic yet.

I never write reviews. I had to for this one. My skin is extremely sensitive, oily and acne prone – over the course of 2017, I tried a multi-pronged approach to fix my skin, based on self-testing, reading current studies on the relationship between food and skin, and thousands of hours of youtube vidoes. The Ogee Jojoba Restore Facial Oil is the final successful discovery on this road to better skin. So here’s the story.

I live in this darkly comedic world where i have to use hydrating and oil control products alternately. In the summer, my face is an oil slick. In the winter my face gets super itchy, especially around the hairline, chin and eyebrows. I have tried very expensive moisturizers alongside Retin-A pore-shrinking things, Benzoyl Peroxide/Clindamycin/Sulphur face washes and spot treatments to shrink my acne spots, etc etc with some success. But I generally felt doomed to the Sisyphean cycle of- dryness–> moisturizer–>oil—>acne—>acne and oil control—>dryness. And all the money wasted on all these products, I don’t even want to think about it. Anyway, earlier in 2017, I read some research on how people with acne should just stop using moisturizers for a while and let the skin rework its oil balance, and just do spot treatment on acne. So this worked even thought it was very very uncomfortable for a few weeks. I also stopped drinking milk as an experiment, which improved my facial and body skin texture considerably – who knew! So overall, my acne problem had reduced by about 80% from this, but my skin had dry, itchy areas on the rim of the face, and very oily areas on the cheeks. I decided to experiment with oils because my research suggested that I might have NORMAL skin that was just irritated by the wrong kind of care. The right oil might, I realized, just support my skin’s natural oil production. I tried organic cold pressed coconut oil, especially because that’s a traditional beauty practice in my native region. BAD IDEA. COCONUT OIL IS COMEDOGENIC – not everyone responds this way, but my skin was not happy and broke out into very painful cystic acne. I stopped coconut oil and after a few days, I decidedthat maybe I should try Jojoba, since this oil has a molecular structure that apparently mimics skin’s natural oils. I thought of getting the wholefoods version of jojoba, but after my coconut oil experience, I was totally freaked. I came across Ogee Jojoba Restore Oil on Kelly LeVeque’s website – and her writing on food and health, including skin health is totally worth reading. I thought I might as well give Ogee a shot.
My facial skin is so healthy now! I barely get breakouts. I have occasional bumps here and there, but they are so normal and quite dry- they die quickly with some mild spot treatment. Overall my skin has never been this clam and smooth in YEARS.
At $44 this thing is very very very expensive – like liquid gold. So I bought some good quality cold pressed jojoba oil. But my skin quickly got itchy on that…Ogee’s formulation has skin calming ingredients that really love and care for sensitive skin. BUY THIS. It is worth it.You’ll be saving so much money by never needing to buy other products that are not doing anything to actually heal your skin. I can’t praise this little magic bottle of elixir enough.

Ordered because tried my friend’s. This product is totally different, hers had a beautiful light and delicious scent . This one smells like old kitchen oil. Need to return it ASAP to get it directly from Ogee, or just don’t get it, if it has changed. Thank you

Its fantastic. smells good. skin glow, helps with acne but at $77 a bottle that last. about a month to two is really too much. I ordered some other jojoba oil after discovering this and it is almost the same but a 10th of the cost.
