Precise Disarray –
This Ogee Luminous Botanical Face Mist is new to the Ogee brand. It is a refreshing, hydrating, dewy mist. Plenty of humectants listed early on in ingredient list. Can make for nice base for hyaluronic acid, or use in lieu of it. I have used it alone in place of a hydrating toner, I have used it as a refresher through the day, and I have even spritzed it on my hair. If you like facial mists, I really think you will like this. I rarely wear make up, so I haven’t used it to set make up as of yet but it does say it can be used for that purpose.
It isn’t a super fine mist, but find I can spritz it on my face without feeling like I am blasting my face. Just hold it several inches away for softer spray. Closer if you want a blast, lol. When I use it more like a toner, I may spray some into my hand then pat all over just to make sure I covered my face well.
I like the light, fresh scent. The overall feel is notably hydrated and DEWY, without feeling heavy or too wet or sticky. Has a cool, calming, soothing feel to it as well. My dry, clear 40 something skin seemed to like this better than some hydrating toners I have been using lately. I am a big fan of face misting through the day, especially in winter. So this has come at a perfect time as it is currently dry, cold, wintry. It seems to help my other products to do a better job. From my experience with mists, this bottle should last quite awhile–especially if you are like me and have a few to choose from 🙂 I definitely recommend it, I think it is worth trying. If you hate it, use it on hair or body.
