I had a total hip replacement a few months ago. Was having some lingering occasional pain and numbness. I started using this every night with a couple of drops of CBD (I use canna river, they have the best prices) and now both things have pretty much resolved. I am a huge fan of holistic healing but I’m not a hippy or a crazy all-natural person. Just a mom who tries her best to instill healthy habits on the people she cares about.
I heard about this product on dr.oz or some random website, I can’t remember and just remember it was good for inflammation… finally found it at a local health food store. Never had use for it until my mother in law was complaining about a cist-like bump on the palm of her hand near a surgery site for carpel tunnel. Told her to give it a try and she applied 3x’s a day for less than a week and it disappeard. She bought her own bottle.
Our niece came over and she has a weird dry patch/rash/cut in the crease of her ear and she’s had it for a while. Overnight, it got better after application.

I’m now on my 3rd, maybe 4th bottle now. I continue to share this little gem whenever someone mentions an itchy spot, sore/chronic pain or scaring. I’ve even added it to my face regiment (why the heck not?!) of essential oils and some serums at night.
My step-mother-in-law purchased her own bottle because she used some of mine while visiting to apply on the scarring on her face from skin cancer removal spots near her eye/nose. The discoloration and pinkness went away after a few days and she was sold!
We visited my Aunty in Seattle and she was complaining of back pain, out came the blue bottle that I let her have! She texting after we left that her back pain was gone!
After many uses and referring this product to family I’ve learned a few things… for chronic pain, application 3-4 x/s daily is ideal. Once you stop, the pain will come back. For muscle pain or random pains that come out of nowhere, 2x/s daily for about 3 days should do the trick! By calling it “oil” is a little misleading because it goes on with an oily feeling but once rubbed in it dries and doesn’t leave an oily feel.
For more stubborn pains, I would recommending using Caster Oil together with Emu Oil. Both have anti inflammatory properties that will really help! There are a lot of commercial pain lotions that are popping up that claim to help with muscle pains and if you peek at the ingredients, I’m pretty sure you’ll see Emu Oil listed… so why not skip the unnecessary chemical ingredients and just go straight to the source?!

Not a bad scent. Good value. Moisturizing. I used on scalp to decrease hair loss, but I found other products to be more effective ( ie. Onion juice and coffee rinse). Personally, I felt guilty for the the loss of life of the beautiful Emu bird.

I have tried and tested many different brands of Emu Oil, ranging from the dirt cheap to uber expensive. Expensive for the sake of being expensive and attempting to create an ethos of exclusivity higher standards by saying it does this or that, is mixed with the latest “magic snake oil” as seen on insert popular at the moment talk show hosts name here. Is collected from emus who are raised on a private tropical island, given hot stone massages and sung lullabies by world renown philharmonic tenors nightly type deal, you get the drift. Fact is so long as its Pure Emu oil with no extra additives and is 99.999% pure (the other fraction of % usually being naturally occurring tocopherols that preserve the oil), it’s all the same. With that being said….

In fact those flamboyant “miracle skin doctors” and ” skin consultants to the rich and famous” you know the ones who have late night infomercials, 5 year waiting lists, reality tv shows, commercials, and pull up to a celebrity’s home in a new Rolls Royce, then give them a secret facial treatment “serum” for $5,000 a pop? They all have one thing in common they use emu oil and know its benefits. The difference is they use hype paid celebrity endorsements and smoke and mirrors. They prey upon people’s gullibility and willingness to part with their money for pipe dreams and put the same oil offered here in a solid gold bottle and charge you incredulous amounts of money. I guess everyone has to make a living somehow right ?
BOTTOM LINE: Get it!!! It’s a great product from a company that stands behind it, and is committed to quality and above board practices. At a great price! Don’t overpay for marketing spins shiny artisan bottles and claims of grandeur .
