I will start off with the negatives because I know that’s what everybody looks for. The only negative that I have is that for an unscented lotion it does have a bit of a smell if your hands are close to your face.
Now for the good stuff: This is the perfect long lasting lotion that is not greasy or sticky. It has replaced my nighttime use of Vaseline or petroleum jelly because it’s just that good, but I also can use it during the day because it is not greasy at all.

I have very sensitive skin, so I have to be careful with the products that I use. I have tried many different lotions – Jergens, Vaseline, Curel, Cetaphil, you name it….I’ve tried it. This is by far the best lotion I have ever used. It is thick and goes on nicely, whereas the others are too runny. It has a very light scent. I’ve been using this lotion for probably 5 years now, primarily for my hands and feet. In my opinion this stuff works better than the O’keefes foot lotion, as the texture is completely different. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say that I have tried many many hand lotions to help fight dry, cracked hands; especially during the winter months. I am generally quite hands on and get a mixture of dirt, grease, and cleaners on my hands that tend to dry them out quickly. I’ve tried many other products which were designed specifically for people like this with minimal success but with O’Keefe’s skin repair, I could notice a significant difference just over night. After just 2 days of use, my hands were almost back to normal. With semi regular use, I managed to avoid overly dry and cracked hands all winter long.
