I have fine hair that i have colored and highlighted and so ends are awful and then add to this just turned fifty and my hair is suddenly overall brittle. But as a fun little addition my scalp gets oily. I have tried so many products! When I used Olaplex 3 or 0 alone I didn’t notice much but once I started using Olaplex 0 with 3 at same time-spray 0 in amd add 3 over top – it changed my hair! Now it is so soft and shiny!!! Had to buy different spray bottle for Olaplex 0 because it comes out as a stream and you can’t distribute it evenly. Also when my hair is very dry I don’t rinse these out and it still does not weigh down hair.

My hair is super thick. I’m mixed Black and Norwegian, but my hair claims the Black side only lol I have a relaxer and semi permanent hair color for grey coverage. I use this whole bonding system and it keeps my hair so healthy and shiny! I get compliments all the time. My hair is growing so strong and long. It changes the texture of my hair to make it more soft and silky smooth. It’s a lot more manageable after the treatment, wash, and conditioner. Totally worth the money!

I lost all of my hair from brain surgery and the chemotherapy-type medications that followed. Over time, and because of Olaplex, I’ve been able to grow full, healthy, shoulder length hair. There is NO doubt it is from using Olaplex. I do not take any type of hair growth supplements, and I had zero results from many, many other hair product I’ve tried over the years. Currently, I use:
Olaplex 3: Hair perfector
Olaplex 4: Shampoo
Olaplex 5: Conditioner
Olaplex 7: Bonding oil
Olaplex 8: Hair moisture mask
Olaplex 9: Bond Protector
Olaplex volumizing blow-dry mist
Giving anything from Olaplex an “average” review is tough. A small problem is that I personally find the spray difficult and awkward to use. My main issue is just that it offers no additional benefits to me that aren’t already provided in the other Olaplex products that I currently use. For me, there is simply no point nor benefit in using it. However, if you aren’t using other products by Olaplex, this may be a wonderful product for your hair. Olaplex is a miracle product line for me, and for many other women facing the same problems. It was originally recommended to me by a member of a support group I attend. As a matter of fact, almost every woman in that group uses their products. Yes, it is a big financial commitment, but since many women (myself included) have much of their femininity and self esteem directly linked to their hair, it’s worth it!

I have frizzy hair, which is coloured regularly. I use this with #3 in combination regularly and my hair looks amazing. The price point is an issue though, because I use it regularly, I do keep an eye out for sale pricing. It is truly a miracle product. Flicking my glossy hair as I write this. ;).
CONS; the application spout is a bit tricky to use. You can buy a more expensive version which has a spray bottle attached, I would probably buy one of those first then refill with these cheaper non-spray bottles. Personally, I just decant some into a travel spray bottle and use it that way. Instructions say to leave it on for ~10minutes, but I have read online magazine reviews that say you can leave it on for up to 30 minutes. I usually wander off from the bathroom and end up leaving it on for ~20 minutes, then the #3 product for a further 10 minutes, works great for my hair.
